I was over 100 miles away from the condo and my step son had left for work. After contacting early in the morning and over an hour later after contacting other contractors on Angies List, I called Brent back to go ahead and install. He indicated that he would be able to be at my condo sometime after noon. Then couple of hours later, new hot water heater installed. I was able to pay bill that was emailed, online.

Great - Brent arrived within 60 minutes of my call. Had the job done very quickly - despite the fact that he had to purchase a part. The price was fantastic. We'll definitely call them for our next plumbing need.

Asked for a picture of the part when scheduled, and showed up with it. Quick install, and verified that it was working good. Also fixed a leak that we didn't know about.

We had an emergency when the sump pump stopped working. They came right over and fixed it within a few hours. The sump is just off our family room. Integrity took care to leave the room as clean as it was when they got here. On their second visit, Integrity installed a handheld shower fixture. We had them back again to install new sink fixtures. They did a great professional job. Their response time was amazing. We like that they arrive when they say they will, and their cost is very reasonable. It is important to us that we feel comfortable with any workmen in our home. We felt very comfortable with Integrity and plan to have them back again. They are our "go to" plumbers.

Integrity Plumbing and Mechanical completed the job on schedule and in a professional manner. The building had already been prepped for the Sunday service, so on Saturday I returned to inspect the work and clean if needed. I actually had to look to see if a new toilet was installed because they left no "construction trail" anywhere. The building was as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

My pre-purchased hardware ( not provided by Integrity Plumbing and Mechanical - I should have bought the sink through them) did not fit in the space I bought it for but Integrity Plumbing and Mechanical was able to expand that space to make my sink fit. Some of the installation hardware that came with the sink was also substandard but again, Integrity Plumbing and Mechanical was able to help out and source the appropriate hardware at a very reasonable cost.

It went great. They arrived when they said they would, and they were in and out in no time flat. They even did a great job cleaning up. Toilet works great and it was certainly a great price for the toilet and installation.

It was installed quickly and looked great. These two guys are very easy to work with and even had it approved by the inspector a week before their deadline.
