Description of Work: Our A/C went out because our dog decided to dig around the outside unit and he disconnected some wires. My husband decided he should be able to fix this. WRONG. Captain Bungles (which I lovingly call him) ended up burning up the circuit board and the thermostat controller. He is a very good insurance agent. He is a terrible DIY guy. Lesson learned - leave it to the professionals. Canfield came out and did a great job. Had we not tried the DIY route, it would have been less expensive, but of course, that was our fault. Going forward, we will call Canfield first.

Description of Work: We have used Canfield Plumbing for years. Trustworthy, fast and a fair priced. They have come on the same day when we needed them to. Love that they wear shoe covers and give us estimates for additional work needed before they leave. Very efficient and professional

Description of Work: Had 4 quotes including Canfield's. Decide to go with Canfield. Couldn't get a call back. Talked with Greg's wife and was promised a call back by Greg. Nothing. Call again. This time he calls back 3 days later. We set up a time for him to come out and he's a no show. I'm now delayed on heating my lower level by 3 months.

Description of Work: Canfield responded to a lack of heat experienced at my house I am renting out. They were prompt and conducted very professional business over the phone. They found the problem quickly and fixed without delay. The issue was resolved within 3 hours of getting a phone call from my tenants.
