Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and good service at every step along the way. When the fireplace unit was delivered, some changes had to be made after double checking clearances. This extra care was certainly appreciated for safety reasons. The installers were professional and good- natured and willing to explain the workings of the fireplace unit in great detail. We would not hesitate to use Builders Fireplace again and would recommend them highly. Also, they have a wide area of service. Our home is about 50 miles away from their office.

+ -1 moreHe ran a new natural gas line from home's line to the fireplace before installing the logs. The whole installation took less than 2 hours and he even let the dog help! No mess......no fuss and the charge was exactly what we had been quoted. I would definitely recommend them.
