 + -1 moreAmazing company, Jesse Valmont is a very skilled professional. After I told him that we use this door as our primary entry, and that our springs were last replaced only a few years ago... He recommended the extra duty cycle springs for nearly triple the life, for only $50 additional. Quoted price estimate over the phone, did some extra stuff like checked cables, which were damaged as well. Additional cost was not very much. I had my own bottom weather strip which I planned to install, but he put it on for me at no extra charge. He balanced the door, also re-programmed the garage door opener, as he told me that when the spring fails, this can affect the door opener operation. Again, no extra charge! I couldn't be happier with his professional service, and attention to my situation. I sent him a photo of the door with the broken spring, from the inside, and he said that was great as he was sure to have the correct spring on his truck (see attached photo). I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Jesse from Valmont installed a new door opener (liftmaster) for my mother's home. I had several questions about the different model to select. JESSE was patient with my requests and called me within minutes back to quote me on the job. The price was identical to when he came out to install and we are very pleased with the new unit, He also installed a garage door at my home several years ago and we have had no issues with it .I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring service or a new unit.

 + -1 moreJesse was very pleasant and respectful to my 95 year-old mom and took care of the problem in short time. The realtor who happened to be there asked me to get his business card (which I did) because she was very impressed by his professionalism.
Description of Work: My Mom's garage door opener wasn't opening and closing properly. Jesse serviced the motor and put in new nylon gears.
