Description of Work: Very irresponsible contractor.We agreed for installation fo new ac units in 2012 june and we paid (new home owners and never delt with bad contractors trusted Nua, the owner) in full the day he said its complete. we started the ac units the next day and like after 4hrs of working? all my smoke detectors went off with foggy smoke in the house.its scary day as my little kids are home with their grand parents.Called the guy who came after 2 days and said the unit is leaking freon and welded the part and we started the units again, the very next day my smoke detectors went off again, he came back after calling texting after 1 month and took the part with him as its not welded properly. ok, thought atleast one unit works, but NO, it broke down too in few days.Called (Owner Nua, never lifts the phone) texted for 6 months and he says he will send his team (he only texts, never picks the call). we had no AC in 2012, and it prolonged into 2013.He never keeps his oppointments, we took atleast 6-7 times off work /off pay waiting for him to show up and fix the system.Its a bad lesson as first time home owners.Lastly he never finished the job, never closed the permit with city,never applied for our rebate for new system and we ended up hiring another contractor to fix the screw up he did.oh by the way, my electrical system is effected with his wiring techniques and its an added cost for us on top of the loss.NEVER NEVER hire this company.

+ -1 moreThe price is decent for the unit. The customer service is poor. We took the day off of work for the service to be performed and then they called our work at 9:30 am to tell us they weren't coming due to being behind. They rescheduled for 8 days later and came out promptly at 9:30 am. They disconnected and disposed our furnace and A/C, set the new units in place and said they would be back in two days to complete the job. Meanwhile we were left with no a/c in the heat of the summer. When we called the owner and explained that we have animals and need the a/c, they said the installer was exhausted and wouldn't be back out. He offered to discount the job $200 and throw in an air cleaner. I appreciate that he tried to make it right financially, but the money doesn't erase the inconvienence we were put through.

+ -1 moreThis is very good contractor to work with and I am glad I chose them. The price was quite reasonable compared to other bids I received. The people are very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure sales in fact, the sell was remarkably soft. The installation was excellent; it was carefully done with considerable attention to detail. The crew was polite, tidy, and worked well together as a team. They really knew their business. Since the job involved much of carrying things in and out of the house, they were very careful in this regard as well. When the installation was done they took ample time to show me how the system works, what all the components do, and what I need to do to take care of it. At the finish of the job, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. In short, they really did a very good job and caused me no grief. I am happy to recommend this contractor.
Description of Work: Replaced my old furnace and central air conditioning system with a new Trane high efficiency system.
