+ -1 moreHe recognized right away that I needed more venting. He was very professional, well-prepared, and knowledgeable. I was even given literature to read by their company. His company was certified by the Certainteed shingle company as a 5-star Select Shingle Master. I felt confident that they had all of their ducks in order. Between him and his dad, this company has over 60 years of experience. He was very helpful in assisting me with documentation of problems with my existing roof condition. The crew was very courteous, helpful, and professional. They took a lot of extra time with the chimney and valley to ensure that it doesn?t leak again. They cleaned up after themselves each day. When the shingles were coming off of the garage, shingles must have rubbed against the siding and left black streaks on the garage. They came back immediately after I called them to clean that up. They even ran the magnet over my neighbor?s driveway.
Description of Work: When Tima’s came to give me an estimate, he hopped right up on the roof to measure, count, and figure everything out. He told me exactly what I would need for roofing and venting. He told me that he would send me an estimate in a couple of days. I ended up hiring them to do the job.
