The Home Depot - Livonia

It was a decent experience. They did it all in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. One window was mismeasured and they did come back out to correct the issue at my convenience so we were satisfied.

They were knowledgeable. I find them to be very responsive and helpful. They always go way out of their way to help me. Punctuality when you go in, maybe it’s a little hard because they have a pinch on hiring so you can’t always get somebody immediately. When you go in somebody isn’t standing right where you need them. You have to look for them or ask for them or find them somewhere. Still they are very good. Home depot is first class. When you ask for some advice on how to use a certain product or to get the right product for what you have as a job like when I pursued getting this Warner ladder they give some good advice. If you can’t get exactly what you want or they don’t have it, they’ll negotiate the price on a higher quality product there lower just to get you to make the purchase. They are that good. That’s Home Depot taking care of the customer.

Compared to other services I had around the house, Home Depot did a great job but there was a delay in getting some things started. The crew was supposed to be here one morning but they were not here, we called our contact and he said that he could not get a hold of his crew, where they were and what they were doing. He had to re-schedule one of our services. So I don?t they are an ?A?. They were also a couple of things on their work that I was not really satisfied. If I could find somebody else with a reasonable price, I will not probably use them again.

I go there once a week or so. I like the service and the selection. They have people who circulate the aisles. They are available to answer questions and they are knowledgeable.

The experience was poor. They dented our door. We had to call their insurance company. The insurance company came out and they denied our claims. We called the store manager. The store manager refuses to pay our price.

They were very good. I would use them again in the future.

Very good experience. I selected the home depot in Livonia instead of the one closer to me based on the Angie's List ratings of the installers. The installer came when he said he would. He was quick but careful with the removal of the old door. I had purchased an expensive wheelchair ramp made for the door from Andersen but after reviewing it with me, we determined that it would not work with my setup. He recommended that I return the ramp and he made up a simple little ramp/threshold to help me get by at no additional charge. Ended up saving about $2k compared to renewal by Andersen.

This was a good experience. It was nice to have Home Depot do all the work. They are professionals and have the best price. The doors are very good quality.

I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE GUY THAT DID THE WORK. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD ENOUGH WIRE FOR THE OPENER. HE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY WITH ME BEFORE HE LEFT. HE WAS SO NICE TO ME. I THOUGHT THAT HE WAS EXCELLENT.

I PICKED OUT THE STYLE AND THEY CAME AND INSTALLED THEM. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO. IN THE END I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. MY KITCHEN LOOKS FANTASTIC. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND KNEW WHAT HAD TO BE DONE AND GOT IT COMPLETED QUICKLY. I WAS REAL HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORKMANSHIP. THE SIDING LOOKS FANTASTIC.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING MY CARPET. IT IS 1,500 SQUARE FEET, SO THERE ARE 4 SEAMS, BUT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB; YOU CAN'T SEE ANY OF THEM.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE IS THAT MEMBERS OF THE CREW KEPT LEAVING TO START ANOTHER JOB & THERE WAS ONLY ONE MAN LEFT TO FINISH THE JOB. IT TOOK HIM A WHILE TO GET EVERYTHING FINISHED BUT IT DOES LOOK NICE.

THE SERVICE REPS CAME OUT ON TIME, MEASURED EVERYTHING TWICE, & HAD THE CORRECT CARPET. THEY HAD ALL THE TOOLS THAT THEY NEEDED & DID A GOOD JOB. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB PUTTING THE NEW DOOR IN & THEY HAD A WIDE VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY & GOT THE JOB DONE PRETTY FAST. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM.

I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU CAN GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE WORK DONE BY THEM. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THEY DO. THE PRICE THEY CHARGE ME IS ALWAYS PRETTY REASONABLE.
