Michelle, at Templin asked if I had checked the batteries. DUH!!! I should have thought of that myself, but didn't. She could have withheld that advice and charged us for an unnecessary service call. Thank you, Michelle at Templin, for your honesty. You'll be the first person we turn to when we have a "real" emergency.

Based on the good reviews for this company, I gave my daughter their name to call for service because she's having a problem with her heating. When she scheduled the appointment, the receptionist informed her that either the owner, Jack Templin, or their top technician, Winston, would come for a scheduled 5 p.m. appointment on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. The company was no call, no show to Dalby Street in Redford, MI.

Their crew arrived on timed were efficient, cleaned up the work area, and kept within the budget price.

They called and was able to come ahead of schedule. The repair man "Bob" fixed the problem quickly. The fee charged for the repair was fair.

Not too much to report on a routine furnace checkup. The tech showed up on time and completed the work quickly. The office staff is friendly and are quick to answer any questions. $80.00 seems pretty standard/reasonable for the work performed. I would definitely use them again.

He arrived on time with the parts he needed. He actually had the parts that he didn't know he would need. The original installers welded the blower motor into the bracket. Fortunately he had the right bracket in his truck. He does great work.

The service from Templin Heating & Cooling, LLC went wonderful. They were very helpful. We really needed them because it was right at the holiday time and we had family coming, they came and took care of the business. The guy was very knowledgeable. Basically, he was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and quick, in and out and got the work done. It was a one man job. The price was good actually. We would absolutely use them again in the future if need be, they would be the first group we would call.

It went very well. They were very responsive. They were there in a day, did the job the same day that they came they gave us the estimate and it works great.

They were efficient, courteous and prompt. They knew exactly what to do and they took care of it. They took care of it on a late hour of the day on a Friday night. We had a couple of previous experiences.

I have used Templin Heating and Cooling for a number of years now. The first job Jack and his team did for me was rather large, they moved my furnace and the duct work within my home, as part of a basement remodel. This project went very well with zero issues during and after the project. The job was also completed on deadline. Due to the scale and price involved in this project; I did get several quotes. Jack's price was very competitive, however, I choose Jack for this project because he seemed the most knowledgable. I have since used Templin for many small furnace repairs at my home and at various rental properties, the service is always prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Jack and Templin are top notch!!!!

They did a great job! They provide a good service at a good price. I have never had a problems with them and I’ve been using them for at least 2 ½ years.

Everything has been working since the installation, but after they installed the unit a city inspector said it wasn’t up to code. There are no mechanical issues; the fuse box was just placed too closely to the air conditioning unit. I don’t know who should have contacted who, but the work hasn’t been remedied. Their pricing was $300 cheaper than who I was going to go with, but I found out the brands they offered were a second tier.

It turned out well. This was the second time we’ve hired them. They come when they are supposed and do a good job for a good price.

This was my second time using the company, and everything turned out well. They responded right away and sent someone out within a couple of hours. The technician arrived on time, acted professionally, and did a good job of explaining the problem as well as how he would fix it. Ultimately, they did quality work for a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I first used Templin a few years ago to move the furnace in my basement to a new location prior to finishing the space. I collected four quotes, Jack's price was the least expensive by several thousand dollars. I typically don't select the lowest bidder, as you typically get what you pay for, however, I thought Jack was the most experienced and the right man for the job. The weeklong job went perfectly in all aspects. In addition to the major project above, I have used Templin for minor heating and cooling repairs at my home and rental property, service is always prompt and professional. I never feel I am being "upsold" parts and services, fees are usually less then I expect.

Jack, the owner, was friendly and professional. He called to say he was delayed on another job and arrived not long after. I was pleased with the service performed and would use this company in the future.

Mr. Templin quickly and confidently diagnosed and repaired my furnace, after another company botched it and turned it into a big problem.

He was honest. He could have told me I needed more work and I wouldn’t have known any better. I would call him again if I needed more work done.

Mr. Templin spent about 45 minutes checking into everything. I was afraid that I would have to purchase a new air conditioner. However, there seemed to be minor problems that created major consequences, and he got me up and running. If he had charged me more for work I didn't need I never would have known. I trust him and will definitely call him first if I ever have another problem with my air conditioner or or furnace.
