We called Spa Service as they were recommended by our contractor. We spoke on the phone and relayed the problem that we were having. (The controls showing that we were getting power but we were not ) We have since found out that there was a diod not working on the electrical board. We scheduled an appointment for two days from the day that I called. I received a call back within ten minutes stating that there was a cancellation and that the serviceman would be in my area if I was interested. He then came to the house within 30 minutes. Serviceman knew his stuff and was very knowledgable. He was very nice and spoke with my husband for about 1/2 hour about the problem. He said that the part would have to be ordered as this was something that they did not carry. He gave us a quote of about $400.00. My husband searched on the internet and found the part for $340. from Spacare.com. The serviceman called us back and told us that he found the part for cheaper also at the same website. He also called my husband back about two hours later and asked him to try hooking up the wires a different way - something that he did previously on another job and thought that maybe it would work. He was driving home and was still thinking about our problem with the Hot Tub and thought that maybe this would solve the problem. But it did not work. He was very very honest and wanted us to get this fixed at the best price. Even if that meant we would get the part at a different company. Overall - this company is honest, reliable and their quality is the best. I would definately not hesitate in calling them again or recommending them to someone.

Great service. We asked to be scheduled first appointment, and they accommodated. Chris was punctual and professional. Chris fixed the problems created when I attempted to replace the temperature sensor myself and broke the connector in the wiring harness. He replaced the sensor (and never gave me a hard time for having ordered the part elsewhere - bonus points!), and then checked everything else on the tub while waiting for it to fill. I was very impressed with the care he took, and how he explained things to me. Great job and great service.
