Description of Work: Toilet was leaking onto the basement carpet. We were given different options to fix it. One less permanent but less costly, and vice versa. We chose the permanent option and had the flange replaced. Company had to visit 2X after initial visit, due to our problematic, 50-year-old toilet. Each visit was professional and pleasant.

Description of Work: They came out to unclog a main sewer drain at a rental of mine. They couldn't get there during business hours so they charged emergency fees at 5:00pm. Charged 500 and didn't bring the correct equipment to complete the job. Would not accept Angie's list coupon because it was after hours. Sketchy. Came back the next day to finish and never told me why they found until I called them. They were quick to quote other work at 4x other quotes I reveived. Not sure how they are ranked well on Angie's list. Disappointed in both

Description of Work: I hired RooterMD to clear tree roots that were blocking my sewer line using Hydro-Jetting. The technicians were very knowledgeable and couteous. They reponded to my questions openly and honestly. The in-pipe video provided a great evaluation of job done and potential future issues. The office staff was very responsive and professional. They provided me a quote for additional services in a timely manner and answered the questions I had.

Description of Work: Installed a whole house humidifier.

Description of Work: Determined where a blockage existed between the house and septic system. They installed a new PVC connection from the house to the septic field and re-engineered the internal connection to have less obstructed flow.

Description of Work: They accepted my credit card deposit to have a sewer repair done, but in less than 24 hours mysteriously declined to do the work, presumably because the repair was needed for a home in Detroit. Apparently, the business has decided not to do business in the city of Detroit. The job was less than 15 miles away, but mysteriously, the job was determined to be outside of their work range. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I ended up completed the job with another vendor. I requested to speak with the owner, but he never returned my call. This is 2014, not 1964. |

Description of Work: HdyroJet Cleaning - They discovered that a telephone pole has been my issue, and has crushed part of my main sewer out. No one else has discovered this for 15 years. Incredible. My fight is now with city and DTE. They followed up with my city plumbing guy, and was much appreciated.

Description of Work: Repaired burst pipe in basement and leak under bathroom sink. Excellent service. I will call them again hen in need.

Description of Work: Paid $59.00 deposit for them to stop out and quote the service needed. Needed to replace a 1/2" shutoff valve accessible in the basement. A rather simple procedure for an experienced plumber. They quoted $300.00 plus parts. The work was performed by another large, experienced plumbing firm for $120.00 total (40.00 service fee, 55.00 labor and 25.00 parts).

Description of Work: Main drain from house to street was clogged. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem in short order. Worker was very friendly and answered all questions. Weather was terrible, but the worker never complained - a real professional.
