Description of Work: Took the time to explain my options to properly repair my storm sewer drain issue . The took over 3 hours to repair it and were very professional , I asked a lot of questions during the repair they explained everything they were doing in detail and I'm impressed with the job they did .

It is our responsibility as an ethical contractor to recommend additional services that may extend the life of a unit. The age of the furnace is an indicator of life expectancy and replacement before a catastrophic failure is always a hard decision. Why replace something that is working? Unfortunately, we cannot predict when any unit [Member Name Removed] fail. Some customers choose to replace water heaters and furnaces when they are near the life expectancy to take advantage of scheduling, energy savings and convenience. No one likes to have to call into work and miss a day because they have no heat or hot water.

Description of Work: They came to refurbish my gas fireplace and clean my dryer vent. Service is excellent. The gentleman was so proficient with both jobs. He worked quickly yet thoroughly. My gas fireplace had never been set up properly from it's installation. When he finished, it looked so beautiful. He was careful to keep everything tidy, and when finished talked over with me what he had done. I can highly recommend this company. they did an A+ job on all their work.

Description of Work: They snaked out the drain and put new cleanout on top of old cleanout but can pressure wash both directions now. Did not know there was a cleanout since it was 12 inch under ground. They did pressure (water) clean all the way from the house to the city sewer. 300 plus feet.

Description of Work: They had to cut a pipe to fit back into the old pipe. They clean up after the job was done also. They came out again for a sewage back up on the 7/1/2015.I will call them again and have told some of my friends.
