They were good. They were very thorough, he seemed to know what he was talking about. I would tell others to call them. The only thing is I thought the price could have been a little lower.

Called on a Sunday evening for Monday service. Phone person very friendly. Received call in the morning announcing they were on there way. showed up on time, looked at situation and gave a price to correct. The Tech (Tim) was great; friendly,informative, worked with care and solved the problem. My only critique is that they are slightly pricey.

I am completely satisfied with the results and was delighted and impressed by the professionalism of the company. The owner Pete stopped by the first day to make certain I was comfortable and happy with the process, and his crew was a pleasure to have around for two days. They were meticulous (they put on new shoe covers each and every time they walked in and out!), courteous and very friendly. The whole experience was really quite painless. I know that if you wait until your pipe collapses, you are in for at least three days of not being able to live in your home due to no plumbing, a dug up and destroyed front yard and a cost that could send a kid to college for a couple of years! I was without my plumbing facilities for just 32 hours, there was absolutely no digging and the cost was about one half to one third what people are paying for post-collapse work. Looking at the 'after' video of my Orangeburg now lined with epoxy is like looking at a camera going down a smooth blue waterslide! I wholeheartedly recommend Pete Wood and RooterMD for sewer lining. When you have this option available and epoxy tests at the same hardness as PVC, there simply is no good reason to think you have to dig up your yard and replace a pipe.

They came out and went through the pipes with a camera, but we didn?t use them in the end. We went with another company to get the work done. RooterMd Plumbing was slow in giving us the information we needed. The man who came out was very good and nice, but it took a lot of time for them to get back to us. We found a better person to use. Their professionalism was very good. I might use their services again for a different project.

The service guy (his name escapes me...sorry about that) was great; He sold us some natural enzyme powder also to help prevent this problem in the future. A very bright guy

They had a no-dig relining. I had gotten a quote from them for that. The first thing that I had to do was clean the sewer and treat it with a root inhibitor product. They put this long high pressure water hose called a hydrojetter and hydrojetted my sewer line. It was really a good way to clean because all the dirt would be blasted away. It is quite expensive but very effective at the same time. It prepped me for having my sewer relined. I have been pretty happy with their work. The major cost associated with relining is with the proprietary chemical system that they are licensed to use from the concerned company. Their price is fairly competitive. Overall they were as professional as anybody else that I had ever dealt with.

In both cases I felt they tried to upsell me and I wasn't pleased about that and felt very pressured. They were also a bit gimmick-y for me. They arrived in white coats...I mean geeezzz, they're plumbers for goodness sakes.

They wanted to charge me $69 dollars for an on-site visit/estimate. Three other local places (all from Angie's List) offered me a free on site estimate. Rooter MD does not advertise free estimates, so there was no bait-and-switch here, but $69 seems a little steep when every other place I called offered a free, on-site, written estimate. I asked if I could at least apply the $69 towards the work that would be performed. The customer service rep wasn't sure.

They work with the customer. They are very honest and upright. They are not out to make the fast buck. They are willing to satisfy the customer. Any job you have done, you know what you are getting into. I call them 24/7!

Our old plumber retired and referred Pete to us and we are very happy with him. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He comes right away and always cleans up after himself. Our house is 50 years old and part of the toilet was broken and he recommended replacing it because the other part would have eventually broke being that it was 50 years old.

Scott was excellent and knowledgeable. Service was on time, when specified and completed efficiently.
