basement floor drain was backing up. They were able to come within a day, arrived on time and were very nice. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Gave advice for future and spent necessary time, didn't feel like he rushed through it to move on to the next customer.

It didn't go well at all indicated by my statement above.

Extremely pleased with the service that Brandon performed. Although I spent more money than I had anticipated, I would certainly use these guys again.

Brandon and Jeff came out to provide an estimate for us yesterday. They were incredibly kind and professional. They did a very thorough job of walking us through the problem to make sure that we understood, and providing us with options for how to go about fixing the problem. Also, Jeff is now our dog's favorite person. In the end, we were very lucky to find a family friend that could do the work at a margin of the cost, but if we had to go through professional route, we would've definitely worked with this company

Called by fiancee about 9 AM on SUN who was crushed to discover sewage in basement on day she was having party with 75 guests arriving around 2 PM. Angies list website was down but did have recent pamphlet and found RooterMD. Called and initially was told that they thought service tech would be out about 10 AM. Turns out Tech was at religious services and didn't make it out until around 11 AM. However, he got to it upon arrival with apologies for not getting their sooner. Clog was challenging in that it was actually inside home rather than between home and street. Suspect a 2 year old and one of his toy cars was involved as the clog did not respond to normal techniques and the heavy guns had to be called in. Problem solved, day saved, and party went on without hitch. Would definitely use again. As a sidenote, the previous day I was stopped for a light at an intersection and noticed a RooterMD truck near me. Seemed to look at it for a long time for no apparent reason. Guess it was a premonition.

Our hot water heater quit on us, literally overnight. We called and were scheduled an appointment the next morning. The technicians and operators were very courteous. We were made aware of all our options and explanations were provided in detail. We have a new water heater, which is working beautifully. Once we decided on a replacement, we had a new one installed within 3 hours. This company is THE most professional plumbing company I have dealt with and would recommend them to all my friends.

I was very pleased. The tech found an issue with the connection to the city;s main and asked that I call the city. The city came out promptly , but denied it was a city problem but went ahead anyway and power jetted the main. After they completed their work they returned to appologize and said that there was a blockage on their side. I was not charged, by RooterMD for the textra time it took while the city cleared the blockage. Although I moved my washer for them, upon completion they moved it back and hooked it up.

Overall the job went very well. The plumbers were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They did not talk down to me when explaining the problems and solutions. If I was confused, they showed me sample diagrams and sample materials that would be used. They were here for two days and as I checked on their work throughout the day, the crew leader would stop, explain what they were doing and what had been done so far. I was impressed with the quality of the work and I would recommend them.

They were excellent. They were on time, they explained everything. They made recommendations. They were professional.

They didn't show up within the time window and didn't call. I called them to get an update on when they would come. When they came, they were unable to use any "listening devices" that I had read about online to see if I had a service line leak. This is after I had asked if they would be able to when I scheduled the appointment. They did say they could perform a chlorine test on my sump water and compare it to the tap water to see if the sump water was ground water or city water. However, they didn't have a test kit in their truck. They wanted to schedule another visit to do the test. At my request they checked to see if there was another truck in the area that did have the test kit. They were able to locate one and meet up with them and return to do the test. The test was probably done correctly, but I had lost confidence in them and wasn't sure. It involved taking a water samples from the kitchen faucet and the sump and testing them for chlorine concentration. The color developed in the test vial was compared against a color ring to determine the concentration. They determined the kitchen tap had a certain amount of chlorine (I forget how much) and the sump had no chlorine and was therefore ground water. They didn't give me a written report. They left me with the test vials and my friend (who isn't colorblind) confirmed that one had color and the other didn't. So it was probably done correctly. But I'm not sure.

A couple guys came out, it took them all day but they found it but once they did it didn’t take them long to fix it. They did it on video and then sent it to us through the mail on a DVD along with other information about the job they performed. They also put down some material on my hardwood floors so stuff wouldn’t get dirty. I think they were a great company. They were very nice guys.

We experienced water in our basement in early February, late on a Friday night. We called RooterMD and were surprised that they could send someone out that evening. Tim was the serviceman who arrived and immediately assessed the problem, went over everything with us and explained that we needed a large repair done. We needed to have the basement floor broken and a new trap installed. He immediately attempted to give us some temporary relief by snaking the drain and was able to get it cleared enough to let the water pass through and the water in the basement immediately subsided. He was very informative and very professional. He set up a date to return to give us a permanent solution to our problem (replacing the trap). The job was done on the next Thursday and Friday. Tim brought in an apprentice, Jeff, who also was very professional and very helpful. They did an excellent job, cleaned up great and overall made a colossal repair bearable. They were so professional that the next month when my mother needed to have some plumbing work performed, we called and asked for Tim again and got the same wonderful service. I highly recommend this company and especially Tim. Could not have had a better experience.

Started out with start time confusion. Guys who came were great and made whole experience great. Pete... your guys were great!!! I wasn't so nice to you on the phone. You guys rock!!!!

They were timely but they are extremely overpriced for 5 minutes of work.

I sent an email requesting an appointment, they called back the next day and scheduled. Showed up on time, but was not able to make needed repair. Had a nice packet of materials about their service and gave an estimate for replacement.

They were fast and they seemed to do good work. They were very quick to respond. I thought the price was average. I felt I was paying through the nose for it but I was willing to do it because they came out quickly and they do good work.

I used them probably end of June. My husband paid them and they didn't complain about the price so I assume it was normal. I liked the attitude of the guys who came out. They took the time to do the job right and that's what I paid for. They did what they were supposed to do.

I called at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and was amazed that the service would be performed on that day (yay). The servicemen Brandon and Jeff were awesome, and arrived within 1/2 hour of my phone call. When they arrived I described the problem and they immediately knew what to do; and they got quickly to work. They were both VERY personable and showed me the different options of using their company. Their company offers a discount when enrolled in their program. The service fee would be eliminated each time that they were called to my residence as well as the price would be reduced. They also guarantee their work for three years. I enrolled in this program due to the fact that I really was happy with the work and the disposition of the servicemen. Jeff quickly got the drain cleared and even went into the basement to make sure that he was getting all of the blockage. I felt that the price was very fair and the fact that they made sure that all of the work was complete and cleaned up after their work (it was cleaner after they left then before). I really appreciated their help and would highly recommend this company.

They sent someone over soon after we called. He was friendly and knowledgable. He completed everything and cleaned up afterward.

Had two other plumbing companies come out and snake the main sewer line of my house because I had standing water filling diameter of my clean out. Both companies failed to solve the problem. Though their techs friendly they did not give the impression they had any clue past the simple plumbing jobs that I could have done myself. I finally called in RooterMD. I spoke with Pete on the phone who sounded like he actually knew what he was talking about and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. I was scheduled between 11-2 and they called and asked in the morning if they could switch me to earlier which I agreed to. They showed up a little after 9am and were friendly and knowledgeable. They proceeded their inspection and clean out of the main sewer line. During the process on 2 separate occasions I was asked to come view the camera so I could see the problems myself. I had two areas of intense root growth coming form the top of the pipe and the side. Due to the inherent limitations of a snake these could not be cleared with that tool which no other plumber had told me. They used their hydro jet system and cleared almost 100% of the roots out. MY system works great now and they did a top notch job of cleaning up after themselves. The price tag was like a kick to the head but it was discussed in great detail before any work was begun and their were no surprises. Of course I wish they could be a bit more reasonably priced but with service like that I think I'll keep my complaining to a bare minimum. Thanks again guys I will be sure to suggest you to anyone who asks and will call you in the future.

LT the technician arrived a bit after the time window given. He was very friendly and easy going which we appreciated. After running the camera into the sewer line we were able to see how bad the root blockage really was (reason why I couldn't clear the line using a Home Depot sewer snake). LT explained the options available and wasn't a pushy sales person in the slightest (which I totally appreciated). After running the cutter through the line, he took a quick look with the camera to show what they had cleared and when there were two large clumps of roots stuck in the line (cut but not washed down the line), LT took the time to push both clumps out of the way to make sure there wouldn't be problems in the future. Overall, LT did a fantastic job, took the time to make sure we were taken care of, and took all necessary steps to keep the area as clean as possible (our drain cleanout is on the finished side of our basement). While we opted for a cleanout this time, we will absolutely use Rooter MD again in the future when we look at a more permanent solution to our root penetration problems. Thanks LT and Rooter MD! Job well done!

They were a very good company. I was very pleased with their work. If I have to have this kind of work done in the future I will call them again. I had no traps and they could not get in under my house so they were here 10 hours to complete the work. I had traps put in and called them a month later to complete the work. They did not waste time. They knew what they were doig and got to work immediately.

Marshall asked us what we needed and proceeded to give us a thorough estimate sheet of the work that would be done. He proceeded to complete each job, explaining as he went along. He was pleasant and very efficient and we are very pleased with this overall experience and will recommend this Company without hesitation.
