Description of Work: They had to replace a busted pump underneath my basement floor. They had to break up the floor tile, replace the pipe, and replace the tile. They also painted and put up new paneling.

Description of Work: Water accumulation in back part of house couldn't be found by others hired; RooterMD found it to be a backed_up sewer. Blew it out problem solved.

Description of Work: We had a sewer smell coming from our mud room area. RooterMD showed up and after a few minutes and no actual diagonstics other than using his nose decided that we had a cracked vent pipe. He said he needed to come back with another person to run a smoke test which would be approx $400 and then they would replace my vent for another $400. Then he told my wife not let our kids come near this end of the house because that smell is methane and methane is poisonous. I after receiving this advice that smelled worse than the sewer gas itself, so I talked to some friends and read up on the internet. I came to the conclusion that a P-trap in the floor drain must be drying out and letting the septic system leak some gas into the house. I tried pouring water in the drain in the laundry room and this fixed the problem. I only give this side of the story to demonstrate that in fact RooterMD's guess was incorrect and he would have cost me at least $400 that would not have do anything to fix our smell issue.

Description of Work: The service was professional and capable. However, I paid double what another plumber would charge, which is my own fault-they let me know the fee before I had the work done. I had scheduled another plumber to come who was recommended by the guy who came to look at my basement for leaks. They couldn't come out for a couple of days, so when I saw the free service trip for Rooter MD and it's ratings on Angie's List, I decided to go with Rooter MD. I should have waited. The other plumber would have charged me less than half of the fee I paid with Rooter Md. I called and complained about the cost afterwards, and was told that they would send me $50 in gift cards to use towards future services. I would not use this anyway, but here it is a month later, and I still have not received these gift cards. I would not ever use this plumbing service again.

Description of Work: The kitchen disposer was backed up. Had to remove debris with snake. The clog was past the trap and further down the pipe. They have a set price guide for all work that was shown to me beforehand. Cost of service was high but get discounts if you join their service membership, which I did not do. Overall, they were friendly and on time. They did a good job getting rid of the clog very quickly. They were very professional.

Description of Work: When i called to schedule an appointment I was told on the weekend its a 89$ service and 200$ min for job. Therefore if work is done its a 289$ min, but if wait until weekend day there's 59$ fee and no min. I told him I had a coupon advertised for Angie list members. He said it would still be a min 289$ on weekends--but if I waited to weekday I would save 59$. He said he had to call me back to get my address. Once he called back he informed me that the 59$ would only be waived if work was done. It seems like this guy is not trustworthy. All about the money--stay away!

Description of Work: Marshall came on time, he did a great job left the bathrooms perfectly clean I was completely satisfied, the cost was a little higher than expected; but the drains are working great.
