Description of Work: Replaced 11 windows. Very thorough. Re-did screen which they said had a spot, although we didn't see anything. Very happy with the windows after a year.

Description of Work: The salesman was very professional and made an excellent presentation. There was no pressure, just the facts and answering all our questions. The only negative is the price which initially seemed high but after comparison was the same as other high quality products. We haven't made a final decision but expect to proceed soon.

Description of Work: It went great. The guys showed when they said they would. I had concerns about the exterior trim work, which I had installed, and they bent the aluminum and installed it just the way I wanted it done. In fact, it looks like they were never here. The guys were professional, and did a great job. The interior trim was done excellently with nice tight miter joints. They are nice people. The windows and doorwalls were expensive, but they are of high quality. My house now has all Anderson windows and doorwalls.

The workmen were prompt, courteous, and did a very good job installing and also replacing the molding around the window. I am so happy to have the new door especially this winter.

However they didn't have the window pane/trim for 4 (out of 7) windows that we had agreed upon at the time of installation. |All the windows were installed, but there was a delay in getting the window trim installed by 2 weeks for the remaining windows. |The crew was very professional. They cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day. Expensive windows, will see how they perform. I still have 10 more to be replaced!
