Description of Work: Rick replaced my water heater with one I had purchased at Home Depot. Rick is a fantastic plumber! I've been using him for the past 10 years and have referred many of my friends to him. He's always professional and performs his work at a fair price.

+ -1 moreHe was excellent. My husband wrote him a check when he was there and I don’t think I was even home. He was very reasonable. He was less expensive than any other plumber that I ever had. He was very thorough and very nice. He didn’t come in stinking of cigarette smoke. He came exactly when he said he would. He had to leave and get some parts but he came back. It was a very good plumbing visit. I would definitely use him again in the future. I have his business card now and so I can call.
Description of Work: The contact person’s name is Richard Shipley. I had a leaky toilet that was leaking down into the floor below, and he fixed that.

+ 0 moreDuring new dryer install, technician reported that I had the wrong size gas valve. I called Rirck and he rearranged his schedule to drop by that afternoon. Installed valve, hooked up dryer, and provided some general advice about gas line.
