Cleveland was our Technician. He came out and inspected the outside unit had capacitor and replaced it as well as a switch and the unit started working fine after.

Nick was terrific. On time, professional and honest. We had him initially do a maintenance check on our AC and Heater. AC had too much freon which he drained. The heater needed a new heat exchanger. When installing the part he came across a couple of other things that needed replacing, he didn't push to replace them but instead showed me the condition, like a small hose that was too soft on one end and hard on the other. He left the basement clean. I would definitely recommend him. All around great experience. He will be doing our annual maintenance check going forth.
