Justin and Nick were absolute professionals and made sure we knew the service, parts, and cost of the project the whole time. And their work truck did not leave our parking lot until everything was in perfect working order!

The owner did not mention a $90.00 service charge until the service was completed.

They were on time and serviced my furnace for the season. They were even willing to work in my attic (where the furnace is located); some companies wouldn't. Tyler and Jeremy(?) were polite, professional & efficient. Tyler even ran to the store to get the right filter (since I had a size they didn't have to hand); no extra cost. I dealt with Nick on the phone and he was very helpful too. Great service!

I received a phone call the night before to confirm the appointment. The gentleman who called (don’t remember his name) was very easy to talk with and was very informative. Justin came the next day and looked at our furnace and ac unit. I felt that he was informative and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was and because we did both inspections together we received a discount. I will definitely use them again.

Nick contacted us right away after our Home Advisor submission. He came the next day, ON TIME, EXCELLENT SERVICE, and now our AC is working great. We're extremely pleased and will keep his company's contact info handy to pass on to friends or call again for our future heating and cooling services.

R&S performed maintenance on our air conditioning unit that had only been turned on once in over a year due to a house fire (the AC unit was not affected). They were efficient, thorough, on schedule, and only sold the service that was needed. They will be our go-to HVAC company in the future.

This company do excellent work and at a reasonable cost. They explain every thing they do and educate you on how your system work. Would definitely hire them again.

Humifier did not seem to be working properly during the last cold spell. I thought I may need a new humidifier. R&S came out and checked my existing humidifier and found nothing wrong. I appreciated their honesty and did not try and sell me a new one. They also checked my furnace at no additional cost. I will definitely contact them again if I have a heating or cooling problem.

Based on other reviews, I was pleased to be served by Nick. VERY polite, no nonsense or hard sell regarding my malfunctioning hot water boiler system. Sounded very practical and knowledgeable. Arrived a couple minutes early with a partner who appeared to be an apprentice. I feel we both benefited from his clear and patient descriptions of the troubleshooting process and what they might lead to in terms of remedies. Purged system, replaced a valve and even found and repaired a weird wiring configuration inside boiler. Was very thorough, yet I didn't feel like they were rushing, nor dragging their feet. Price was reasonable, not shocking or up-selling! I will definitely hire and recommend them in the future. Thanks to both of you!

nick was excellent. arrived when he said, called ahead to confirm he was on his way. answered eveey question, explained everything he was doing and why. showed me check list of all inspections amd tests. really impressive.

Installation was thorough. Owner is conscientious and friendly. Happy to explain work. Our job required return visit to finish installation, but furnace was fully functional first day. Recommend getting all paperwork squared away while on site. Paperwork not strong suit I think, but installation is robust and a good value.
