 + -1 moreNever got a response and I'm out 99.00. Simply wish they would have been professional.
Description of Work: I was on my way home from out of town work and while in the airport, I saw a Groupon for Metro Detroit Lawn care pop up on my phone. I was really excited and purchased the 99 dollar option. When I got hom and on my computer to schedule something, I noticed that "Metro Detroit" is misleading, and the "location" did not include my city, which didn't seem to pop up on my phone app. I sent an email to the company explaining my situation and no response. I then called and Dave said "we shoud be able to help you out. Let me see what my schedule looks like and I will get back with you very soon". That was my last conversation with him. I left two voicemails and several emails, and he didn't have the decency to even respond to tell me "NO". Although I'm not happy I am out the money, I can't believe how unprofessional this compay is. I think Groupon was a bit misleading and I take responsibility as well, I simply think I deserved a response.
