Chose bi-weekly service which apparently can mean once a month depending on how the weeks fall in the month. I asked for a schedule to be sent and was told I would have one emailed in 2 business days. Still waiting on that and it has been a week. They stopped showing up and cite the weather as the reason. I was told they would be out March 18th and again nobody showed up. Weather was not an issue. I cancelled service and I will find a company that will actually show up.

The only positive is that company came out sooner than they said. From there it was bad. My wife and I did a casual walk around the yard and easily found 10 locations where they had missed. These were obvious and they should have found it easily. They did not even do a good job on the pathway to the yard gate. It would seem obvious to me that you do your absolute best to clean up places where people walk regularly. My wife then called and complained that day and was told by a receptionist that she would leave a note for a manager to follow up. Two days later no response. She then went to the website and filed a complaint. She got a call and another person apologized and said the first woman did not give the note to the right manager. Well here we are a week later and no response. What a waste of $75.00. Had they done a good job we were really considering a regular service as my wife and I both work. Definitely not going to do anything with this company ever again.

They missed a couple of spots, but considering the amount that was there to begin with, it wasn't bad. I had also requested that they come the day before trash pickup and roll the can out to the curb. For whatever reason, they came a day early and left the can in back. My cat sitter caught it and took the can out, so no damage done. The woman on the phone was very nice and i thought the price was reasonable for the size of our lot. I would use the service again.

Set up a recurring service with Pet Pickup. Post winter pickup was great and have been back each week. Highly recommend.

Their man came and picked up a lot of poop, but there was a lot that was missed. I expected a first rate job but got a bad job. Maybe Angie can help get this fixed. I had expected an and quot;Aand quot; class job but got a and quot;Cand quot; or and quot;Dand quot; job.

*THIS COMPANY COMPARED ME TO DOG FECES IT PICKS UP**** That should be enough to find another company, if you want the rest of the story here it is- I found the company on Angie's List and called to get an estimate, which was very confusing. The customer service person I spoke with originally could not give me an answer since my dog doesn't have access to our entire lot. Which makes sense so I asked if they would come out to give me an estimate. I could show them what area the dog has access to and they could give me a price, then we could sign a contract. She seemed very confused by this process and told me someone would contact me to set that up. *I didn't get a very good feeling that would actually happen* So after a week or so went by with no response, I used the online form to ask the same thing. I got a reply back that didn't answer my question and gave me information I didn't ask for…..well at that time I was done with this company. A few days, maybe a week, went by and I got a call from another woman from this company asking if I wanted to start service…..I calmly explained that I wanted an estimate and she agreed that I could have one. She explained she can't put a start service order in until I gave her a credit card. I said I would like an estimate first before I give them a go ahead and a credit card. She agreed and made an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate on April 1, 2014. The appointment was not kept by the company….no call….no email….nothing. Just a NO SHOW on their part. I sent an email this morning asking why they didn't keep the appointment for the estimate or call to reschedule….or call and say and quot;we don't give estimatesand quot; I was wondering why they don't want my business….am I out of their service area??? I wanted some answers. I finally got a call from someone who claims to be my first contact with the company….I calmly (and in a nice tone) started to explain all the phone calls and emails and the 2 different women at his company that made appointments/promises that I could get an estimate. He started off by saying he was the first person I spoke with and this is NOT what he told me. (OK, telling a customer they are wrong is NOT a way to get business….CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS CORRECT) Just to clarify, I was NEVER told I couldn't get an estimate….I was told service couldn't start until I gave a credit card. I made it clear in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th phone call I was NOT giving a card until I had a price….I was told that was OK from the women I spoke with. He then was telling me there are new people and procedures and due to a busy season things are hectic. I then rudely interrupted him, not calm at all by this point, and raised my voice to tell him how crappy the customer service was and to take me off any list of potential customers…I was done at this point with his company. A few hours later I checked my email and he left me what is a completely UNPROFESSIONAL email. In his email he asked if I could calm down and call him back so he could set me straight….HE ALSO COMPARED ME TO THE FECES THEY PICK UP**** STAY FAR AWAY FROM A COMPANY THAT COMPARES POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO DOG FECES IN AN EMAIL

It was supposed to be an after winter clean up. I called on a Tuesday, I thought the price was great for my yard size. I was told that I would get an email telling me when they would be out. I did not realize nor was I told it would be 7-10 days. Friday I still had no contact, but money was being deducted from my account with no work done yet, so I called Friday and was told I was scheduled for Wednesday of following week. I asked to cancel, because I could not wait that long, I was told they would check and call me back. Still nothing, I called Saturday, and they changed it to Monday, but I told them to cancel since I already started doing it myself.

We are a previous customer. This service provider is great, they always met the schedule and we were very happy with their service. There was no trace of dog waste after the schedule visit. They were very friendly and our pet was excited to see them. The service provider was able to create a relationship with our pet and the provider treated our pet with compassion. Only reason we cancelled the service was due to the passing of our pet. I have recommended their service to several of our friends.

Overall , they did and continue to do a great job. I would recommend them and will continue to work with them.

I like working with them as they do good work. They are reliable and make sure to clean up everything.
