Description of Work: We were away on vacation and upon return we discovered that we had a mouse in the house. Called Pestmasters, whom we had been using for the past 10 years for twice a year spraying for carpenter ants and they immediately came out that day. Reassured us that we did not have a big problem, probably just a single mouse and probably a new infestation. Instructed us in where the mouse was getting into the house and set traps to remedy the problem. The gentleman (Wally) was very informative and took great care to assure us that the problem would be taken care of within a very short period of time. He did a great inspection and found the site where the mouse was probably entering and told us how to prevent future infestations. Talked to us about a yearly maintenance plan, which we ended up signing up for so there was no charge for the visit on this day because we were already on a less inclusive plan previously. We have always been very pleased with their services and their promptness in taking care of any problems we have had.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY SHOWED UP WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO. ALSO, THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INSECTS THEY ARE TRYING TO ELIMINATE. OVERALL, THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD.
