+ -1 moreKen was very professional. He showed up on time for the estimate and provided one within a few days. His estimate was significantly lower than the other 2 I had received. He began the work 2 weeks later at my request, and they ompleted it all in 2 days. His crew was also very professional and responsible. They were very clean and tidy, and they left little evidence they had even been here (except for the new paint color).
Description of Work: They powerwashed and painted the exterior of our home. Surfaces included trim, gutters, porch, hardyboard and brick.

Before reaching out to Ken, I had called another company who never showed for our initial appointment. I let him know from the begnning that I expected him to be on-time and follow-thru on commitments. And he did so every step of the way. The house looks great and I would recommend him to anyone.

Their estimated price was $2400. The work is in process now, and I would consider contacting them again in the future.

+ -1 moreAmazing work! They completed the entire job on our 2400 sq. foot house in 3 days (yes, days). This included a lot of prep (power-washing, sanding, and caulk) and multiple coats of paint. Other firms were quoting us 2 weeks for the same job. The work was very professional, with lots of attention to detail (such as painting the various utility boxes to blend in). Cleanup was also thorough -- not a drop of paint anywhere.

+ 1 moreGosh, I wish I had more time to really give you a full review but I felt it was necessary to tell everyone how amazing the job was start to finish. The owner, Ken, is a professional, honest and skilled tradesman. His crew worked exceptionally hard and the big key here was we didn't sacrifice quality for price. Ken's estimate fell right in the middle and I can tell you their worth far more. His crew actually had to replace the chimney exterior due to rot and old LP siding and they did a quality job for a great price. The paint job, especially the trim and window work was great and I can't recommend them enough.
Description of Work: Complete 2 story (30') paint, trim, power wash and chimney exterior replacement with cedar trim and hardy board siding.

+ -1 moreThe work was great, and their price was fair. Ken called me right away and was very accommodating. He did everything I asked him to do and was more than willing to go the extra mile. The crew was very professional and good. They came out and started working within a couple of days. They came out early in the morning, did not take breaks and finished the job quickly. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I used Newcoat Painting LLC to paint the basement walls and floor and also the whole house, which included the ceiling and trim.

Description of Work: Ken gave an estimate which was much lower than the 3 other highly rated painting companies. I spoke to him over the phone and was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very busy on other jobs and we were OK with waiting till he was available to start our house. He showed up as scheduled to power wash the entire house and finished painting within the agreed time frame. He actually did more work than he originally agreed to for the price of $2800. He repaired rotted door frames, repaired and reattached rain gutters and painted the underside of 3 bay windows without asking for more money. I was happy to give him $200 more for the extra work. His crew was very courteous and professional and the house looks wonderful. Ken is very honest and professional and is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of work he performed. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to all.

+ -1 moreHe would let us know. It’s a big job and it’s mainly exterior. It’s going to have to be a while before he could do it. He said that he could jump in and do the smaller jobs on rainy days, especially interior works. He’s pretty booked up right now. The estimate is about $8500. He seemed very knowledgeable. We looked at Angie’s List and he had good reviews. A pat of our Church is 30 foot high and I was concerned if he had the capability to pick some damage and replace at that height. He gave us a list of commercial places that he did work on and he did work from his own truck. They all look great. I checked on a couple of other Churches that he did work for and they all look excellent.

Ken and his team did everything that they said they were going to do, and they did it exactly when they said they were going to do it, and even my wife who is a Clincal Quality executive, and whose job it is to find to find things wrong was 100% satisfied with the quality of the work. Ken not only agreed to do several additional things related to gutters and trim that I asked, but in one case he identified and replaced the warped molding around my door wall, AND fixed it at no extra cost. He and his team were so undisruptive that I never saw them. They came after we went to work and finished and cleaned up before we came home. The only thing we saw was a quality paint job and repairs, completed on time, and at the original quoted price. We are 100% satisfied, and calling him back to do our deck.

+ -1 moreI was really pretty straight forward: I selected Newcoat from Angie's List and they provided a fair quote and did the job quickly. The only issue was actually caused by myself, because our baseboards should have been replaced (they are 20 years old), but i asked them to simply paint the old one's, which were in kind of rough condition, but we were in a time crunch due to a graduation party.
Description of Work: Newcoat did a great job on painting our entry way and family room. They helped out with color selection, which some painters will not do and they got the job done quickly.

A few days later when the good weather returned they arrived on time and began sanding the rails and deck. They also replaced 1 deck board. After blowing off everything they gave everything 2 coats of solid deck stain. They were very careful to protect plants and siding. They cleaned up and left the deck looking beautiful!
Description of Work: My older wood deck and railing need to be refurbished with solid deck stain.

He agreed to use an alternative paint brand based on our preference. He also made a terrific recommendation to address some deterioration of the stucco where it meets the roof of the garage. He was professional throughout the job - painting and trim work were well done. He thoroughly cleaned everything up. It is clear that Ken takes great pride in his work.
