I wound up paying for another company to take over to get rid of the weeds that spread during the contract I had with.I had to call multiple times after the lawn showed effects on insufficient fertilization and weeds spread. The provider did not correct the problem and to avoid further damage to the lawn I had to hire another service (for extra cost) to correct the problems.

+ -1 moreThis is a top notch company. They notify you via e-mail when they are planning on visiting. If there is a delay they notify you of that as well as the reason for the delay. They don't spam you or send useless e-mails as a lot of companies do. Their technicians are respectful of my property and me as well. They always say hello if I happen to run into them when they are on my premise. I also recommended this company to my next door neighbor and they are happy with the service as well. I will definitely use them again next year.

In one season my lawn has done a complete turnaround! I can't believe how beautiful, green, and healthy it looks now! So happy, I will continue to use their services for this and every home I own in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the service. The provider informed me that I was out of his service area. He claimed he would refund the payment through Angie's List, but did not. I have written a couple emails to him, and he was unresponsive. This started on May 2, 2015...He finally responded today(August 5th), indicating that the emails were not getting routed properly. He apologized, indicated his company had been having issues with Angie's List/service area purchases out of his service area. He also indicated he had called Angie's List to process the refund and that I had to call Angie's List...this was accurate and Angie's is processing it. I got the impression that Ryan (owner) was sincere and honest about the issue. He was apologetic and helpful. I would trust him as a legit business owner... If he DID service my area, I would give his company an opportunity to earn my business.
