The guy was friendly but there was no change to the spider issue, I'm still seeing the same amount of spiders as I did before he sprayed so i feel like it was a waste of money. My sister paid another company the same amount and didn't see a spider or bug for at least 6 months, I've already seen 2 dozen or more spiders since he sprayed.

The appointment went great! Dave gave me a window of 10am-1pm and arrived at 10:20am! He was punctual and professional. He made sure my pets were safe prior to spraying. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Talk about efficient and painless! Overall, Dave was kind, professional, reliable, and high level. I am confident that I will not have to worry about pests this fall/winter season. He is also incredibly reasonably priced. All of my friends who have had services provided were double the cost of what my service was. I will be a repeat customer- hands down!

As far as I can tell the treatment went fine. On time and about his business. I can't really give feedback on quality or 'effectiveness' because it only happened a month ago. This fall / winter will tell the story.

Dave was awesome! I wasn't able to be home at the time of inspection (my adult son stood in for me) and he called me at work to discuss the details of the inspection. He sealed the entry points and assured me he was not going to sell/charge me for anything I didn't need. He was very professional and reassured me through my stress.

Dave was very nice on the phone and was able to come over in about half an hour, even though it was almost 6 pm. As soon as he got out of his truck I knew I called the right person. Dave is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and really knows what he is doing. He honored the Angie's list coupon, treated the nest, and also treated a large tree in my front yard for carpenter ants as part of the deal. I'll call him again for sure if I need pest control.

Dave is very courteous and prompt. He looks for the problem and offers solutions. We have not had any ants in the house since starting with MRK back in May of 2016. Also we have a pool in our yard, and Dave offered misquote spraying. We have never in my 33 years in this house had a summer where we could sit in the yard in the evening, without mosquitos. Dave is a delight. He returned my call within an half hour, and he came out the same day. Right away Dave found the carpenter ant nest, sprayed and took care of it. We liked him so much we ask to be put on his schedule for quarterly bug spray to our home.

I've known Dave for a long time and great customer service is his #1 priority. He's professional and very thorough in the jobs he performs. We have a large pool in the backyard and mosquito's and ants were prevalent, not any more after utilizing Dave's services.
