Very happy we went with Leon’s flooring company. Mike helped us pick our kitchen floor and made sure all transactions went smoothly! The installation crew were on profession, quick and clean! Couldn’t be happier with their service and pricing !

The owner / manager of this store is dishonest. We paid $120 deposit to bring home carpet samples. We were told at the time we could keep the samples for as long as we like and would receive a full refund when we returned the samples. I tried to return the samples today but was told it was too late to receive a refund. According to their “policy” we had TWO days to return the sample to receive the refund. They never mentioned any policy at the time, nor did they ever ask us to return samples otherwise our deposit would be lost. Instead, I was insulted by the store owner/manager today because to him it was ‘common sense’. I advise you to stay away from this store!

Had to schedule additional appt for repair of area that was not done correctly. Otherwise, no major problems.

My experience with Leon’s flooring was excellent! When I called, I had to make an appointment to come in to look in their showroom, that I genuinely respect, due to COVID-19. After I made my appointment I was greeted, and I was walked around the showroom there were so many options!!! They allowed me to take samples home! I set an appointment to have my bathroom measured. They called me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were on their way. Once he was there they gave me an estimate! Very fair in pricing, the best that I had quoted to me. I decided to have the floor installed. The flooring was ordered, I was called the day the product came in , and was scheduled just 2 days after it had gotten there. When the installers came, they wore a mask the entire time, and did a tremendous job! They were quick, but careful, made sure of every detail was put into my flooring! I will recommend Leon’s flooring to EVERYONE!

I am still waiting to hear back from them. He told me that he would contact me the next day with an appointment date. So far, no contact.

Sales and Installer where punctual, professional and courteous. Were able to fit me in the day after my estimate. The scheduler called to confirm the night before and the installer called when he was on the way. Great job on the install and on the cleanup.

Leon's just installed vinyl plank flooring in 75% of our house and new carpet in the rest. From beginning to end, this has been a painless, wonderful experience. It started with my salesperson, Brian, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He also put up with a lot of back and forth from me when it came to making decisions. Lisa and Mike in the office gave us exceptional customer service. Lisa called daily during install to make sure all was going well and Mike promised and delivered on an exceptional experience. Frank installed our carpets and I knew from the first five minutes that we were going to get top notch installation. Mo installed our vinyl plank and honestly, if I could give Mo ten stars, I would. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He was very conscientious about his work and the finished product reflects that. I will be telling everyone in my circle of family and friends how pleased we are with our experience with Leon's Flooring!

This was the most professional and courteous team I have ever worked with doing home projects. We had all of the flooring in our home replaced (over 2,000 square feet). The conditions for the crew working at our house were more than inconvenient. During the project, we had appliances and furniture delivered, and a water pipe issue that led to the kitchen being quarantined in plastic with humidifiers and dryers for 3 days. Not once did the gentlemen from Leon's complain. Each day they showed up on time and worked nonstop around all of the chaos at our house until the end of the day, even working through lunch. We have 3 flights of stairs which required them to carry all of the needed flooring and supplies up manually. Each piece of flooring and molding that needed to be cut had to be carried back down to the garage and then, back up the stairs. Our floors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier! By the way, we originally shopped around at Home Depot and Lowes. We quickly learned that buying from one place and scheduling installation with a completely different company can lead to a lot of headaches, delays and very little accountability. The price at Leon's was about the same, if not better than both stores...which led to us reflooring our entire home. I highly recommend Leon's Flooring!

The installers were good although the room transitions were not quite right. The salesman and manager were shady and made it impossible to compare pricing.

Overall, the experience with Leon’s was very good, and the quality of the workmanship, speed of installation, and the look of the new floor) make this experience more than satisfactory. One thing I discovered by price comparison with other companies is that many require full payment for the flooring job UP FRONT, before anything has been done. Mike Hamieh, with whom we met at the Leon’s Livonia office, kept in touch with us after doing the measurement, and was very patient since we had a 10 day vacation planned after initial contact. He also provided a significant discount on the final cost in order to attract our business, and the cost was both competitive and, ultimately, irresistible. Once we committed and paid half the cost as deposit, the time for the scheduled job was 3 weeks (by our choice, after the 4th of July), and the job took only 2 full days and part of a third (for final installation of moldings and touch-ups). I had been dreading the installation disruption by workers, dust and grime, and lack of access to several appliances. In fact, my dread was unnecessary: only two workmen were needed, and they performed like they were on the men’s doubles Olympic flooring team! Shawket and Moses removed the old flooring removed to the garage within 3 hours; by the end of day 1, nearly half of the new flooring was installed. As for appliance removal, the experienced team simply worked around them, then put them back in place. As I said above, for day three there were the fine points and final cleanup. And I should mention Shawket’s wizardry with the electric jigsaw: the new flooring raised the fridge enough to prevent it from sliding into its previous spot under some shelves, but Shawket skillfully removed about 1/4 inch of skirting, as a matter of course for him, and the fridge now fits in better than before. While contact with the Leon’s office was usually without problem, our initial contact was disappointing as the company rep to whom we initially spoke and with whom we had made an appointment was not even at the office when we arrived, and when he did arrive, claimed he had no appointment with us. Fortunately, Mike was on the scene, and we dealt with him exclusively. However, that initial impression pushed us toward comparison shopping, and then eventually, we found Leon’s to be the best deal, so we overlooked that first misunderstanding. In some follow-up calls, staff seemed challenged to find our folder, but as I said, we tried the firm’s patience by the vacation delay. I wish, though, that communication had been a bit clearer about some details of the contract: for example, while we paid for the appliances to be moved and put back, the impression I had (erroneous) was that “moved” meant “removed”, as in placed in the garage while the job was being done. Clearly, I misunderstood completely, but a description of the process beforehand would have helpful. Also, we paid quite reasonably for removal of the old laminate flooring to be “haul(ed) away to Leon’s Flooring Dumpster” (as per the contract). With the mention of a dumpster, I assumed (again, erroneously) that one would appear in our driveway, but instead, the two workmen literally hauled everything away, in a big load at the end of each day in the back of their truck. Given the somewhat inexplicable dumpster mentioned in the contract (“hauled away” would have sufficed), a bit more clarity would have been useful. Given the size of the project, these qualms are minor, especially when one considers their overall desire to organize the job to the customer’ satisfaction, and the extremely fair terms for completion and payment. We definitely would use Leon’s again (we even have an other job in mind), all the more so since I have the impression that Leon’s is one of those perhaps increasingly rare businesses that actually does the work it says it will, with skill, excellent results and the customers in mind.

We shopped a number of companies (stand alone as well as box store chains) and while this company's prices were not the lowest, they had the best quality carpeting for our budget. Mike came out to our house with samples and was very helpful in providing detailed information about their products, and in making suggestions for options that would work well with our setting. After signing a contract, we decided to remodel our bathrooms as well and so put the carpeting job on hold for several months while the bathroom remodeling was being done. Mike was patient in working with us. A small snafu arose about the availability of our particular carpet when it came time for us to proceed with the job but Mike was very apologetic, quick to make amends, and provide a satisfactory resolution. The actual carpeting job was completed in two days as promised and we were very pleased with the final outcome.

Fantastic! From the owner to the installers, very knowledgeable with great recommendations. Larger selection of quality products at great prices. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

From sales to installation they were very good. They moved a lot of heavy furniture including a pool table . The only negative comment I would say is the carpet did come up at the seam and had to be repaired. They had no problem coming out to fix it.

Friendly, helpful, and no pressure to "up-sell" us. They listened to what we were looking for and were able to provide it at a very good price. when its time to replace the carpeting upstairs, we will go back to Leons.

Very well with Mike coming to home & explaining in detail all the available products & price & quality of each type of laminate flooring and was not high pressure. The installation went very well and they worked with us on the timing of us having to have it painted prior to the floor & having the furniture come in after the floor was done & they finished it in a timely manner with really nice work. I would highly recommend them to any one that needs flooring done in a professional manner.

This whole project was a positive experience. From the home visit to measure & plan to the install and clean-up. At the measure visit, Mike discussed different options and his recommendations. He worked it out so that we only had one seam. (Another company had 3 seams). The installers were very meticulous in their attention to detail. They explained every step and what we should expect. When the job was completed, they left everything throughly cleaned and ready for use. I would not hesitate to recommend Leon's Flooring to anyone.
