They were prompt regarding the scheduling and we have noticed a marked decrease in bugs both inside and outside of our house. We would use this service again.

They planned and applied a program of treatments to feed and weed our lawn, and it has never looked better. Not perfect yet, but the improvement over last year is significant and I'm sure it will continue to improve under Independent Lawn Service's care.

I bought the deal in the winter. They applied before the weed killer would take effect, so when I called and complained of this, they graciously agreed to reapply and did so at my convenience. They do a superb, efficient, quick application and we had great results. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were here on time and did exactly what they said they were gonna do.

The technician arrived at my home promptly. He was professional and courteous. He also answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

I have been using them for several years and I have been very happy with them. They have always been professional and they let me know when they are coming. When they put the fertilizer down, they are always conscious and put signs around the yard, saying, ‘do not let the dogs out’ or ‘do not let children out for twenty-four hours’. They have been courteous and dependable. The price was fair.

We purchased the Big Deal and then contacted them to schedule the appointment. Our schedules conflicted a lot. Finally when they came out, they offered more add on which we purchased but they did not work. They informed me that if I wanted to have them come out and redo it, they would. I contacted them to have them come back out and they said they could not because I was no longer paying the monthly fee.

Very fair, very professional, very punctual. This is the best experience I've had with lawn fert/weed services.

They've been out several times and I asked why I have weeds all over in my lawn. We even have new weeds that I have never seen before. He kind of snapped at me and said I need to weed my flower bed. When I called the office to talk to them they said the same thing. I told them I didn't have to weed my flower bed to have no weeds in my lawn with other companies but that didn't change anything. They also really tried to push grub prevention even though they saw no evidence of grubs in my lawn or the neighborhood in general. They just said it was for prevention. They then agreed that I was correct and it was pointless.

It went very well. I purchased seven treatments or something for the whole year. The big deal was just for one treatment but I got the whole years treatment so it was $212 for repeated treatments. They just come out and leave the signs on my lawn.

Did not tell the time of arrival. When arrived did not knock and did not have any communication. I left my house at 8:00 am and they were not there and I came back at 9:12 am. and they were gone. According to there note they were their at 9:08 am. My kids were home but they did not see or hear them. I am very disappointed.

I think it went well. They came two weeks after the purchase. They did charge me additional because my lawn was too big, so they charged me another $79. They were good and I liked it. I ended up paying more money but I did agree.

The service went well. The analysis was general and gave me some suggestions. They did kill the weeds in the grass so that was helpful. They provided some options for regular maintenance package to see a difference in the lawn. I opted not to do the regular maintenance but appreciated their information.

The lawn was nicely cared for.

They took care of aeration on a timely basis, but did not get fertilizers and crabgrass control down in a timely manner.

They did everything they said. I was never home when they came. They came two times to complete the service. They called and let me know what was going on and did what they said.

Independent Lawn Service has been out several times to conquer our large mole invasion. It appears that things are getting under control. Very happy with the service.

It went pretty well. I was happy with the service for the price. I would use them again.

They did the first fertilization application. It took about two additional weeks for he aeration to be completed. Good service and I even signed up for them to do my fertilization for this year.

My grass looks better than its looked in a long time despite using some of the top names in the field in the past. As I stated before the prices are extremely reasonable and they offer a pre-pay discount. Addtionally, the company answers and responds to calls in a timely manner. I will be using this company for the unforeseeable future.

It went well. It took a while for the results to show improvement, but they finally worked and I am satisfied with the job they did. I thought the price was a little high. Some of the desired treatments were not purchased because of the additional costs.

They did a good job doing the work and they do have some discounts for a full season. They did tend to be a bit pushy about the aeration but I could not be home at the time and the sprinkler lines were not marked. I think the person scheduling this is a bit pushy but other than that, I have had good care. My only beef is that I am not in their "grass cutting area", which is odd because I am not that far away. I still have to have one company to cut the grass, one to weed and feed the grass and another one to do the sprinkler system.
