Very professional and prompt. My lawn is looking very nice. I cancelled my old lawn service and very happy with independent service.

They came on the date & within the time frame promised including a phone call telling me they were on their way. The workers were very friendly & professional. They appeard to do a good job and so far my lawnis responding nicely. I have a contract with them for several more fertilizer applications.

It turned out well. We actually ended up signing with them to do the rest of our year. They did the service in 2 stages. Everything went really well and I think they did everything that I requested and required. It will be wonderful if the aerator would be able to come up with a way of taking away those little pellets. It took them to come out a little bit longer than we expected.

Independent Lawn Service offered these services as an Angie's List special in February of 2014. I accepted and was immediately contacted by the company advising they would be out in the spring as soon as weather permitted, and that I would not be charged until the services were complete. The late, wet spring delayed the treatment for a short time but, as soon as conditions permitted, an Independent Lawn Service technician performed the aeration. A week later, another tech applied the fertilizer and crabgrass pre-emergent treatment. They sent out a letter before they came to let me know when they would be out, and left detailed information and recommendations after each visit. Couldn't be happier with them.

Never got the job done; didn't pay attention to the situation of the grass, just came in and applied his material; by the end of the season the grass was in its worse situation ever.

I was contacted very quickly by Independent Lawn Service to discuss the services I purchased. They were out within a week to put down the crabgrass and weed prevented and came out about two weeks later to perform the aeration after the ground hardened up a bit. They were really on top of making sure anything in-ground (dog fence, sprinklers) were marked. I received both a letter and two phone calls. My dog fence still works post-aeration so I guess we marked it right! They left documentation at our house explaining what they did and what to expect. Everyone I spoke with was very polite. I would use their services again without hesitation.

They were fine. It worked out ok. They did what they said they were going to do. I have no complaints with them. It was a big deal purchase. I guess the price was fine. They responded pretty close to immediately. They were fine on professionalism. I do take care of my own lawn. They were pushing me to take their lawn service and I didn’t want to. They were a little pushy about that. I didn’t want it because I am still capable of doing my own stuff outside.

It was fantastic! Their timing was right on point. I purchased the Big Deal back in March but they were only able to come now. They couldn't do the work then because of the weather. They were able to communicate with me during that time and came out when they said they would. I wasn't here when they came but we communicated well. When I called with some questions, they were friendly and responded on time. The price was good, I didn't spend more than the $79.

It turn out well so far. They did my first lawn treatment so I was satisfied. We've made arrangement for the time and they contacted me in a very reasonable time frame. They came out to perform the service, I ask them to contact me before they will come out which they did. The grass looks good.

It was a fine experience the time they were here. We paid upfront for the whole thing for a year. They were a lot cheaper than other places, we had another provider who kept pressurizing us to do what we are not interested in. We saved 38 dollars because we prepaid. Another provider was as high as 50 dollars. They were here when they were supposed to.

They are doing a good job and they worked with me on the price of the package I selected.

The company provided excellent service. My only suggestion is that they advise customers of when they will be on the property to spread products. I have a dog, and it would have been helpful to know when someone was going to be in our yard.

They were very helpful. The service was to be performed later in the spring. This is no fault of the providers. We are relocating out of state and have sold our home.

I called and spoke with the company. They are supposed to come and fertilize my lawn sometime in either May or June. There were no troubles reaching out to them.

They were great. They make an appointment with us. They let us know when there gonna be here and they're actually here when they say they're are gonna be here. They call the day before to remind us that there gonna be here. They do exactly what we say and they are very careful with the yard.

We decided to switch to a different company who used organic products due to my daughter's dog. We did keep them for the entire summer and had them back the following summer.

I like that they let you know when they are going to do the work so you can do any prep work before they arrive. Prices are competitive.

More my fault than theirs, because I failed to read the fine print (Always read the fine print with these supposed "big deals"). These Big Deals are just a good way for these suppliers to get introduced and never cover the cost of doing a complete job. It would have cost much more to have them do my entire lawn, so they only did the front lawn, leaving both sides and the back yard undone. Can't say I noticed a huge difference between the small portion that was done and the other larger areas that were not treated.

The work they completed went well. I was satisfied with the work that I received with my big deal purchase. However I did not continue on with them for work past that because I felt their prices were a little to high.
