Description of Work: Repaired water damaged basement with drywall and trim. Installed new floor and trim. Work was performed efficiently, as promised and in a professional manner. The floor installation was second to none. In general, the whole job involved complexities which required skill and creativity to achieve the desired results.

Description of Work: They installed ducting in the attic from the bathroom vent fan to outside. Also, vent chutes from the soffit vents were added. This work was done to satisfy a home inspection issue in preparation to sell the house. | |Finally, a minor roof hole patching was performed. This was a separate job and was $75. All work was performed satisfactorily. The cost was reasonable in my opinion. |
