Andrew S came and evaluated our leaking gutters. He was very thorough in his analysis and went over and beyond explaining the system in detail. We're getting some estimates and most likely they'll be awarded the job. If the Company operates like Andrew then we'll be in great hands. I especially appreciate that the work is done by THEIR employees and not subbed out.

This company was very thorough, arrived on time, designed gutters to be more effective than the old gutters and immaculate in cleanup. They are professional and exceptional in all facets of company business.

Start to finish all expectations were met. My expectations are sometimes too high. One thing to note (which GSM took care of) is that if you choose dark color gutters that you ask them to paint the silver straps before installing. This will hide the shinny appearance for the strap that is very appearance from a distance. Price was higher than other providers. BUT, I think it was worth it. Their promised date of install (in the spring; about 6 weeks from deposit) was completed EXACTLY as scheduled. Hitting the promised date is unheard of. They are worth the extra week or two wait and the marginal price increase.

So quickly, streamlined, done well & precision-based to our needs. Consistent call-backs, appointment s, and follow-ups every step of the way. This company actually cares about your needs and addresses concerns immediately. We would happily go thru GSM in the future with zero hesitation.

Very professional and conscious of yard/gardens. Clean up: could not tell the crew was in the yard/flower beds.
