They did a good job and we are happy with their work. The only reason I gave them a B on punctuality is because the scheduler told me they would come on Weds. and they didn't show up. When I called they said the job was set for Thursday, which is not what he had said to me when I set up the appointment. We were leaving on Thursday to go on vacation, so they came early and got the work done very quickly (about an hour), before we left. Our job was not very large (a condo) so it didn't require very long for them to install, but they did a fine job.

Great Lakes responded immediately to my inquiry. Jeff came to the house to do an estimate and the gutters were replaced and installed three days following the estimate. The crew arrived on time. They were extremely professional, clean and did a great job. The new gutters now match my siding (maple) and the entire house looks great!

Crew arrived early and was very professional. We had to change the color because the color ordered did not match. This was not a problem because the color we decided on was in stock.

The office staff was polite when I called to make estimate appointment. The gentleman who came out was punctual and answered all my questions. He was not at all pushy when giving me the estimate, which I greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable. When I called back to set up the installation, I was able to get an appointment a lot sooner than I thought. The two gentleman who came to install were very punctual; in fact, a bit early, which was okay. One of them was very good about explaining everything that they were going to do. They worked diligently and efficiently and were very polite. The work took approximately two hours. The price was as stated, no surprises. Everything looked really nice. We've had a couple of decent rainstorms since the installation and I could tell that one of the problem areas where we experienced water puddles was now non-existent, which made us very happy. I was extremely satisfied with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I called to get an estimate for gutters and gutter covers. They said they would be at my home on Wednesday and email the estimate. On Friday I still hadn't received an estimate so I called back. The woman who answered said she would look into it and give me a call right back. As of today, the following Tuesday, I have had no further communication. Very disappointing, especially for a company that received Angie's List 2013 Super Service Award. I hired another company for the job.

Got an excellent detailed quote and immediate answers to any questions I emailed. Gave two alternative recommendations for the type of gutter shield for our application. (lots of trees) Arrived on time - as I was walking the installer around the home - I showed him an area we wanted to add gutters and asked for a quote as he did not have those materials - 5 minutes later - he knocked on the door and said they would run the materials out and they would do the extra work for $200! Saved me a second quote visit and return installation! AWESOME! Both guys were so nice (sorry I forgot names - will write down next time) and very thorough in the cleanup. Great job! would use them and recommend them without hesitation.

Well organized and completed. Completely cleaned up the mess. The guys in the field were very professional and John M. was very attentive to any concerns we had. More than willing to place downspouts as requested. I had actually contacted them last years regarding possible repairs to old system (which they really don't do). They were polite and informative on the phone. Recommended that I call them back in 2014 if considering new gutters. Their price was competitive. Called my neighbor because we like the "look" of their gutters that had been done a few years prior. They had used Great Lakes Gutter too.

The project took one day. New gutters were installed around the whole house. Gutter guards were also added. My favorite feature was my rain barrel now has a Y-diverter to funnel the water either into the rain barrel or if the barrel is full, the water can be allowed to drain into the yard.

The workers wasted no time installing the gutters........neat work. They were extremely helpful making sure we had the water barrel in just the right place. You can't go wrong with company. I got their name from Angie's list and did all the arranging by phone. The job was done in just a week.

They sent an estimator at my request, on time. Mike and I did a walk around my house, I pointed out the problem areas and he suggested fixes that would solve the problems, we agreed and gave me the proposal. The installers were there on time and Rich and I went over all the details of the proposal and listened to all my questions, we agreed. Rich and the team began removing the gutters and downspouts, creating the new gutters and installing. Cleaned the yard removed all old material. I am very pleased with the whole experience dealing with Great Lakes Gutters. It was easy to schedule an estimate. Johnny came on time to provide estimate & he was very professional. I had a couple of follow-up questions & those were answered to my satisfaction. Scheduling to have the work done was easy. Today when the guys came to do the work, they were on time, introduced themselves, & confirmed with me what work they were going to do. They did not waste anytime getting to work. They were friendly & professional. They added the gutters & kept me posted as the work progressed. They cleaned up after themselves. A terrific company - I would highly recommend them to anyone & certainly would be willing to use them again.

Great Lakes Gutter was professional, the men were very nice, showed professionalism, cleaned up the yard after and they removed the existing gutters and hauled them away. I would highly recommend this company

The service was good. They did a nice job and I have no complaints. Around two to three guys came out and it took about half-a-day to complete the job. They did a nice job cleaning up. I would say I liked that they were responsive and they came out when they said they would. Everything went according to the plan.

They showed up on time, very nice crew. Completed work and cleaned up after themselves. The color they helped me pick is almost a dead match to my trim. I am very pleased. If you need gutters this is definitely the company you should use. Good Job Guys!!!!!!!

The Operations Manager Jeff came out and gave estimates for gutters and gutter guards. He had 2 types of gutter guards and gave estimates for both. After surveying the property, his recommendation was to go with the less expensive one because of their construction and the potential of falling branches on the house. The quote was less than the estimates received from some of the other companies I contacted. There was no pressure to sign on that day and no wheeling and dealing like I experienced with another gutter company. The original installation date was slightly delayed due to my requesting the .032 gutters and the rainy weather. The workers came out on time within 2 days, were polite and accomodating. After they left, I noticed about 3 feet under the overhang where the gutter guard was not attached to the top front of the gutter. I emailed my concern and some pictures to Jeff. He apologized for that and the fix was made in a timely manner. The gutters and downspouts are a great improvement over the previous ones. We did not have gutter guards before so time will tell how well these will work out.

The entire process went smoothly. The estimate they provided was one of the lowest quotes we had received and we had 4 other companies quote the job before deciding on Great Lakes Gutters to do the installation. Johnnie quoted the job for me and answered all the questions I had and was not pushy or aggressive in trying to obtain my business. Everyone I spoke with from the office staff to the installers were very friendly and professional They arrived on time the day of the install and worked was completed in a timely manner . Yard was cleaned up well afterwards and gutters look great. I would highly recommend this company.

I am extremely satisfied with the entire process from estimate to installation. Great customer service ,prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Service provided in a timely manner and grounds were cleaned up as promised after installation.

Installation as scheduled was right on time. Three people showed up and went dirctly to work-Cleaning all gutters first-Then applying Rhino gutter guards to all required surfaces. All three kept busy until job was completed-Cleaned up all debris that was generated and away they went. I checked the first floor installations-Noticed a few gaps excedding 1/4"-Called Great Lakes-They responded within 2 days and cirrected the issues.

The company was prompt when coming out for an estimate and to come complete the work. I had my old gutters removed and new ones installed with gutter guards. The installation went ok. I had a cable line running along side my house that was secured but they unsecured it from the exterior of my house and I had to fix. The biggest issue occurred when a few days after install the weather started to warm and all the snow started to melt. On one section of the gutter they did not secure it to the house properly, and they damaged some overhang on my roof. When the snow began to melt and water started to drain I had a water fall coming off of that corner of the house! I have called this company 4 times to have them come out and repair their work and they will not call be back. The woman I spoke to the first time when I called to report the issue was very rude over the phone, and since then no one will call me back. I am now considering further action to either get a refund or to get them to come out and fix their mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The whole process went very well. Jeff came out in September to give an estimate. I explained the problems we were having with the gutters overflowing (even when clean). He came up with a solution to add extra downspouts from the second story and explained the reasoning behind it. We also have aluminum siding covering the fascia behind the gutters and he was the ONLY person to explain how they remove and reattach the aluminum if the fascia boards needed replacing. He also mentioned since we were having a new roof put on to wait at least a week or 1-2 rainfalls before having the new gutters installed. Again he was the only contractor to mentioned this. After getting a few other estimates, we contracted Great Lakes in November based the better solution to water overflow problem and recommendation from a neighbor. The crew arrived on time, we reviewed the plan that was previously drawn, made some minor changes on the placement of the downspouts and discussed the diverter for the rain barrel. They went right to work and finished in about 3-4 hours, since we did not need any fascia wood replaced. They did a good job on the clean up. The new gutters not only look great, but the new system has taken care of the overflow problems as well. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Great Lakes Gutter Company to others.

It went well. I really appreciated that they showed up when they said they would. They also completed the job in the time they said they would. The price remained the same as quoted. They were very polite and helpful.

It all went great. A representative came out to provide a free estimate and he was friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The bid was the lowest I had received and so I called to schedule an appointment for the service. The woman on the phone that scheduled the service was also friendly. She set me up with an afternoon appointment and on that date the team showed up on time to install the new gutters. They, too, were professional and knowledgable and worked with me to understand where I wanted the downspouts. They worked hard and were done very quickly. The new gutters look great and the gutters are doing thier job! My Mom is looking to have her gutters replaced and I recommended Great Lakes Gutter Co to her since I was so satisfied.
