Description of Work: The crew of four arrived at 8 am, and left by 4 pm. What I appreciated most was as they went along, they asked questions if placement of the downspout did not seem right to them. They cleaned up after themselves, including picking up the small pieces that were cut with tin snips. I did find some rivet tails in the driveway where the truck was parked though. Overall I would recommend them. (New Construction)

Description of Work: I called to get someone to come out for an estimate to have gutter guard installed on front and back additions and to also get a professional opinion on repairs to existing gutters (which we already have gutter guard on btw) or perhaps replacement - the person who answered was very polite and professional but explained to me they don't do partial installation even though where we need the gutters would be on our new additions - nor do they do repairs. Must say it's disappointing when you call someone and they turn away work. Who knows could have been a full replacement if they would of took the time.

Description of Work: All gutters and downspouts were replaced. Some repair work was also done. Almost everything was finished in about six hours. The men cleaned up well after they were done. I didn't get other quotes, so I'm not sure what other firms would charge for a long ranch house. The staff responded quickly to my online request for an estimate, and the workers were able to get the job done within the same week. I was pleased with the final product.

Description of Work: Great Lakes replaced the gutters on my house with larger ones and installed leaf guards. The work was done well and efficiently. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Gutter covers. They had to come back 2 extra times to make sure all the gaps between pieces were properly closed. The gutter covering they used was more delicate than it appeared in the advertisement (a soft mesh cover, over a metal grid). I picked this guard to keep the roofing washout from filtering into the gutters because my gutter dumps into the ground. This type of guard requires well fit adjacent pieces. After sending them pictures of the issue, they had to come out a couple times to get these adjoining pieces properly cut & fitted such that silver maple seedlings did not easily get in (as demonstrated in the photos I sent). They were prompt and sent a manager to oversee the tasks and inspect it the last time. The were professional about the entire situation.
