Responded to my query quickly and came to visit my home for a quote and explanation of the products. The next week the crew was out at my house installing my gutters and gutter guards (Leaf Terminator). They showed up on-time, cleaned up, walked me through the job afterwards, and did a quality job. My only complaint (nit-picking) is one of the installers was smoking while working next to an open window, which filled up the house with (to us) an offensive odor. I'd definitely go back to the company for more work.

Very satisfied with service and would recommend them to anyone. Price is competitive (we did get another bid along with this company.) Job was done quickly and with no issues.

Called and had an estimate within three days. Fast and very professional. Answered my questions and made recommendations. Work was done two days later. Crew of three, on time, very professional, had the work done in about 60 minutes. Will call again if I need gutter work. Will recommend to others.

A representative came round the day before installation with color samples to compliment the cream brickwork of my ranch and garage. Their quote was very competitive. They installed the gutters with 'leaf guard' protection in about 3 1/2 hours. They were punctual, professional and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend this company.

I requested a quote from the 3 top rated companies on Angie's list. Great Lakes Gutter called back right away and set up an appointment to come out the next day to quote. After waiting for the other 2 to quote, I chose to go with Great Lakes. The offered the same service as their competitors, but we're more professional, and most importantly, quoted the best price. They were $400 less than the highest quote I received. They came out on schedule and got the job done fast. They even accommodated a special request by relocating one of my down spouts that was located in an aesthetically unpleasant area of the landscape. Great work. Highly recommended!!!

Very pleased with this company! Estimate was done promptly, they even gave me cost for multiple options. Estimate cost was under the others I received and these guys were more professional. They were able to work around my schedule to get the work done. The day of the job, they arrived 30min. early. The work took about 2 1/2 hours to complete (they had estimated about 2 hours). My gutters were quite gross, they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Afterward they cleaned everything up nicely and had me \view the work to be sure I was happy with it. Everything looks great and works great. Very happy, would use these guys again.

Received excellent service from everyone involved. I was given an estimate over the phone after describing what work was needed. I was also given a time-frame on when to expect the cleaning and paid for the work over the phone so that I did not need to be home during the day. I have a 2 story home with gutters that are not easy to reach. All were cleaned and 3 repaired that were sagging. Extremely happy with work done and would definitely recommend them for gutter cleaning and repair.

Overall, everything was great. They cleaned up, answered my questions, and explained everything they would do to my husband beforehand. They were very good and I would recommend them.

Everything went badly. They did a good job with cleaning the gutters, but they did not give me any notice that they were coming. I did not have a chance to have my roof cleaned before they finished the job.

The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and completed the work to my satisfaction by 10:30 am. There were no problems with the work.

Excellent estimate and sales call by general maager. He had examples, was very well informed we discussed each. Made a selection and 3 days later the gutters were installed very professionally.

Jeff came out about two weeks before the job, looked at the job and emailed a quote. I called back accepted the quote, Jeff came back out with trim color samples. Jeff told me they would start the week of 9/12. They started 9/13. Two men came out, took 3 days, they worked steadily, we respectful, and did an excellent job.

They did a good job. They were prompt and responded to my phone calls well. I have no complaints.

Excellent work. They provided a good estimate, and they stuck to it. We made a few modifications from estimate to the actual project which was handled no problem. A very good crew who listened to me and responded well. Plus they provided an Angie's List discount, so that also helped. I will definitely use them again if need arises.

The 2 man crew arrived at our home at the approximated time. They knocked on the door and informed my wife that they were from Great Lakes Gutters and that they would begin their work. They were also kind enough to knock on the door again and inform my wife that there was a snake just outside the door and to be careful (it was just a garter snake). About half way through the job, I walked around the house to see how it looked and it looked great. Since we have been having a water problem in the basement, I asked the men about the extensions for the downspouts. They said that they normally do three feet, but that they would do any length I liked. I asked them to do five feet on the one side of the house and they did. After they left, I looked around the house again and was please to not find any debris related to the old or new gutters. When I decide to install gutter guards, I will probably contact them as well.

The gutter fell off during the winter, called them when the ice melted. They came out and gave an estimate and we set up an appointment to fix the gutter at the end of the week. They came out and fixed the gutter, all that had to be done was to pay by phone. All in all it is an excellent job

The overall work went well. I would definitely recommend them to somebody else. Their price, quality of the work, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were good. I would use them again in the future too.

I came to Angie's List first and saw that this company had good reviews. I was not disappointed. John was professional and on-time. He went through all of our material and price options. The work was completed in just a couple of hours and we are very pleased with the results.

The workers were prompt and efficient. So efficient that they were done before I returned from errands. I later discovered that they had left off a downspout, which while it was not in a great place to begin with, had gone through the brick paver porch on the front of the house. I was not happy to see a hole on the porch step edge. While that downspout might have been avoided, the unsightly hole led to my calling and asking for a downspout to be placed where one had been. The company had workers come back that afternoon and they were very courteous about reslanting the gutters and putting in the downspout. I was quite pleased overall, and only gave them a "B" for the downspout issue.

I found Great Lakes Gutter Co Inc on Angie's list than went to their web site and filled out their on-line request form and they called me right away. After they came out to give me an estimate they were here at my home the next day and within a few hours had replaced my gutters. I am very happy with the results!

They did a very good job. They showed samples. They were professional and on time. I had no complaints. There was a little scheduling problem when I asked for the second estimate and we had to reschedule it. We had to be realistic about the geography they had to cover. I did not have them do the work but if anyone asks me about gutters they are at the top of my list.

I highly recommend Great Lakes Gutter. I initially worked with Morgan, who came to our house to give me an estimate. It should be said that GLG was the ONLY company of the three or four I called that did not inquire about my husband's availability, and that was happy to work with me alone. Morgan, who came to give me an estimate, was also the ONLY sales rep to actually show me his product, and to discuss with me the different options before coming up with a price. He was great, as were the crew who came to do the installation. GLG doesn't subcontract out their installation work, but instead uses their own installers. The installers were professional, courteous, cleaned up every bit of their mess, and were a pleasure to work with. They also water-tested the gutters (with our hose) before they left to be sure that the gutters were properly pitched. All in all, I was extremely impressed with their work from start to finish.

Nothing had really stuck out about this company. I will probably be having them do the work. The sales guy was okay, but I had to explain a couple of things to him over time.
