Did not drill the block to allow the water out which is what they were paid to do. Did not level their concrete work. $12k later and I still have water coming through my walls.

Did not need this service, but they said I did. Went ahead and use them, come to find out I had a busted water line and not what they said. Very little communication and took longer than what they said. Way over priced for what I have.

Our salesman, Dale, explained everything clearly, including the reasons for the approach they took to our problem. The crew (Marco, Mario, and Noel) was punctual, polite, and efficient. They cleaned up well when the job was done. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

They were nothing but professional and kind. Their work was very diligent and clean, despite the heat. They answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. Miguel A, Demario P and Luis S.. Can and pu a sump pump in our Detroit Home and they did a quick professional Job! I would definitely recommend them.to each and every one I know who have basement water issues!

Shout out to Joe and James, the team from FSM, who came out to our house today to level out two sidewalks that had sunk towards the house. They did a great job, raising both sidewalks so that the water now drains away from the house. Very happy with the outcome.

Fsm arrived on time and did a great job explaining the issues with my basement. They got the work handled about a month after my inspection and I have not seen water since. I was thrilled with this company would highly recommend.

The entire process was professional and painless. They showed up when they said they would show up and they did the work and explained the entire process in detail. We had a three person crew Miguel A., Noel G., and DeMarco P. On the job site for my mothers house who is 88 years old. They were so kind and made sure to keep her updated on what was going on. Took a lot of pictures to show her because they knew she could not get underneath to look at her house. They were an awesome crew!

Great quality for the price. Joe M and James O were very professional and quick. They finished the project quicker than expected. Would recommend.

I paid almost 35k, and yes they said they had to remove drywall but if I would of known electrical outlets and wiring would be hanging all over the place I would of reconsidered a different company or method. And when you call they said they would contact team supervisor and I never got a call back. I also had this company install a whole house generator and had to have parts replaced within a week. Very inconsiderate for other people's properties. Now I have to hire a drywall guy and a electrician. That's another 12-15k. Definitely will not recommend. Big headache.

We recently had FMS work on doing a full crawl space encapsulation on an investment property and had an absolutely amazing experience working with Andy H. to help us get set up with the best plan to ensure that our crawlspace would receive the best configuration to ensure years of hassle-free maintenance. We then had an absolutely amazing group of guys (Jacob S, Jon M, Nick J) come out and install it with amazing speed and efficiency. Upon completion, we were both blown away at how good of a job they did and also just the sheer quality and workmanship that they put into it. If we ever have any more properties with crawl spaces in the future, we will for sure be reaching back out to FSM!

Dustin, Alex and crew did a great job. Worked 2 herd days on a 80 year old boat house w original pilings. Sales guy was very clear w what would be done and Dustin and his crew made good on the Sales guy promise. 2 days work and we got great value for a big job that was long overdue.

They never showed up. Waited 90 minutes. No one called, so I called. They promised to follow up with what happened to my inspection. No response. I HAD to initiate the service. They gave me another appointment in 10 days. I do not have time to wait again.

Our crawl space moisture/vapor barrier was not installed properly. Miguel A., Dylan E. and Noel G. were sent out to correct it. They did a great job! They were professional, efficient and quick. Appreciate their efforts and their expertise. Thanks guys for getting this fixed for us!

As the representative of Bushnell Apartments, the crew of Jason M, Emmanuel B., Gibran S., and Kyle B. did a remarkable job installing our new drain tile and two sump pumps. They worked efficiently and meticulously in the preparation for the installation. They were very professional, kind, and respectful in completing this project. The foreman, Jason, led his crew in a very well organized manner. Professionalism is the work I would use to describe the work performed by this crew. Would not hire them. I have been lied to and I get a different story every time someone comes out. Had guys out for the second time to adjust jacks. The pump has been running nonstop since they left on Thurs. I called they sent a kid out he did not go check the pump and was guessing at what happened. Called again and now I have to wait until the middle of Sept . to get someone back out. Very bad customer relations. All they want is to do more work to make more money and then have a problem getting them to follow up on maintenance.
