Requested the service through their website. Received the phone call right next day. Very polite and explained in detail how it works, and I learned through the discussion that I will end up with very high cost due to the weight of material (dirt). He suggested a different way and I knew he was trying to help me to avoid the issue. Even though he couldn't get the business, he gave me the right way to go. I greatly appreciate it. If I need a dumpster, I am sure I will come back here and look for him.

They were very responsive. Dumpster was delivered and picked up on time, and placed exactly where we requested. The price was the best we found. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Wonderful, I had called on a Saturday afternoon to get a dumpster as soon as possible. He was more happy to come out early Sunday morning to drop it off. Was very pleased with the service that we received!

Last couple times we used him he was a very rude and this past one he dropped the dumpster too close to the garage and the door wouldn't open, we asked him to move it back 6 inches. he then let us know we were starting to **** him off. He picked the dumpster back up to move it back but instead of dropping it he proceeded to drive off with the dumpster telling us to have a nice day.

I called Floyd. He was very easy to get in contact with. He brought the dumpster to my home on the day promised and actually arrived early. He was very careful where he placed the dumpster in my driveway. I ended up needing a second dumpster and called Floyd on a Saturday morning. He happened to have one available and was at his place of business. He brought the second dumpster to my home within the hour. He came and picked up both dumpsters when they were filled, the same day I called him. GREAT SERVICEi Floyd is very easy to talk to. His prices came in lower than others. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN!

We arranged for a dumpster to be delivered the next day. The dumpster was delivered the next day as scheduled. The rental was for one week, we had it one day longer (because I forgot to call to have it picked up). I fully expected to be charged for the additional day. Floyd was very easy to work with and did not charge for the extra day! I would definitely call them the next time we need this type of service!

Renting a dumpster here turned out Great! If I could give higher than an A+ I would. I called and Floyd and he brought a dumpster that weekend. We asked for a 10 foot and needed it that weekend I called, he didn't have any 10 foot dumpsters available, so he offered a 12 foot at the 10 foot price so we could have it when we needed it. We needed the dumpster longer than we originally thought and he was very flexible and understanding and really helped us out. He picked it up when I called after we were finished using it. The dumpster was painted and looked good and he was careful when parking it to avoid any landscaping and grass along the driveway edge. He is very honest and His prices are very good. My husband and I highly recommend him if you ever need a dumpster and we will definitely use him again.

I tried to get a quote. The gentleman told me that a 20 yard dumpster was 375.00. I asked him if he would do it for $350.00 and he said, "now I won't do it at all. I hate when people try to negotiate with me. Good-bye".

It went well. This is my third time using his service and extremely satisfied with his service.

When I first contacted Floyd, I knew he was going to be a colorful character. More importantly, he not only understood what was important as a business owner to bring back your business, but how to make you feel important as his customer. It has become rare to find someone like Floyd who actually cares not only about the job he does for you, but what he can do for you. He had a great sense of humor when we set up the appointment and when I asked what time he was coming out on Sunday morning, he emphatically asked, "What time do you need me?" He said that he believed in being there when his customers needed him there, not when he felt like getting around to show up. He arrived early and said he did not mind waiting for us until our scheduled meet time. Floyd brought out the first dumpster and left it. We had arranged for him to pick it up on Monday morning. After a short time into our job, we quickly noticed that we were going to definitely require a second dumpster. I called Floyd and after some very humorous banter, he said he would be over in couple of hours (of course he showed up early) and dropped off the second dumpster while picking up the first. When we finished our job, he came back on the same day and picked up the second dumpster with the same wit and charm never diluting his professionalism. What an extreme pleasure to deal with a company that still cares about their customers/clients. I wish there were A++ grade options. Thanks a lot Floyd!!

Awesome experience. Very punctual and professional. Gave us great advice about loading and the job went extremely smoothly. We called for the pickup and he was there within an hour. Will use again. Very satisfied!

Floyd is a wonderful guy! Delivered dumpster and said to call him anytime with questions. I plan on using him again in the future. He is just a nice person to deal with and since I was new to using a dumpster, he was extremely helpful!!

I needed a dumpster for a basement renovation. Floyd was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. I was able to schedule a time that worked best for my project, and the dumpster was dropped off bright and early so I could get started on my renovations. The dumpster was carefully loaded on to my driveway, and he was prompt to stop by and pick it up when I was finished with my project. If I ever need a dumpster for a future project I will definitely do business here again.

This guy was great. He was the only provider who agreed to get the dumpster over the curb and up on the front lawn next to the window so we didn't have to place it on the street and drag stuff all the way over there. He was flexible in the deliver time and pickup. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

Price was very competitive with other vendors, but did not have a drop off fee and his weight limit was significantly higher than what others start charging extra for. Additionally, he was actually 15 minutes early in dropping off the dumpster. This was very surprising. Plus, I called to ask for an extra day as removal of some basement tiles is going longer than expected, and he was OK with extending to Sunday or Monday morning. Very much appreciated.

Some might be put off by cash payment requirement. not a problem for me.

This was the third time I'd used Floyd for dumpster service - twice in my old house when I was renovating and this time to haul away the pieces of a hot tub I had broken up into chunks. Floyd has always been competitive on price and he has always arrived on time. He gives a one-hour window when he'll arrive, and he's usually right-on (this time, the first thing he said to me when he got out of his truck was "I'm two minutes late" - it was 11:02 and his window was 10 to 11.) Floyd is meticulous about placing the dumpster exactly where you want it and he's extremely careful about the concrete - he lays a 20-yard dumpster down as light as a feather, which I really appreciated.
