I had them for two years, my lawn is worst looking on the block. Last fall they ripped up because the ground was soft after rain. Owner promised they'll fix it... still holding my breath. Also good luck getting hold of anyone in the office to schedule additional work. They stopped automated billing half way through the 2016 season.

I used this service for lawn care for the 2015 season. I was not totally satisfied with the service I received. Their flyer stated that edging was included with the weekly service. My lawn was not edged, I did contact the company and ask was edging additional. I didn't receive a response but I did notice that they began edging the lawn with the weekly cuts. I was billed for weeks of service that my lawn was not cut. I did notify the company of dates that service was missed, I also used this company in the winter for snow removal. They removed the snow when it was 2" or more. However they only cleaned off a small width of the sidewalk, which I received complaints from neighbors.

They provided snow removal service for the Winter 2014-2015 season. I prepaid for the season. Overall good response time and service. Even though their policy states removal of snow 2 inches or more, they responded to my request for assistance when there was a smaller snow fall. Only negative from the service is that they cleared a very small path for the sidewalk. They only cleared half the width of the sidewalk which made it difficult for people to walk. I would recommend and use them again. I am hoping to us them for lawn care for the upcoming spring/summer seasons.

He was a very nice guy, but he said he would get back with me to do the job, took a couple weeks to get an appointment setup, he then said he would be there on This Monday, and he never showed up, would not recommend him..

It was very good, clever, amazing, and worry-free. They are dependable, said they will be here for a certain time, and give what they said they were going to do. It was reasonable.

Inferior service, received notification from post office stating they would not deliver. Would not return calls. Actual snow removal was 2-1/2 times for $175.00.

We recieved one phone call from you over the winter. That phone call was returned however the number was disconnected. We tried three different occasions to contact back. This was the worst winter in history and out contract clearly states as well as when you signed up you were told over the phone that service times could take up to 16 hours. We went to your home on every single snow fall including coming back to remove what the city plows leave at end of driveway. On some occasions the snow was already shoveled. We do apologize but we have the hotline in place which gave you the time windows we would be at your property. If you decide to shovel before that time it was up to you. We apologize you feel you have had a bad experience. I am unsure what you mean by the notice from post office. We have had the same po box for over 3 years with no issues or interruptions. Perhaps whatever you tried to send was addressed wrong. With over 20 different snow events it was definitely a tough year for all. Feel free to call me anytime at 734 634 6565. Thanks

I called Mr. Dixson for a full refund of my PREPAID AMOUNT OF $160.00 - the answer to the refund by Mr. Dixson was NO. Mr. Dixson told me that he was not aware of any issue with his snowremoval at my home. Mr. Dixson made me feel that it was my fault for not calling him early in the season because of his company did not perform the snowremoval at my home. In the contract there was a clause in the contract that states Pre-pay client which reads and quot;PRE-PAY CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE SERVICE THROUGHTOUT SEASON REGARDLESS OF ACCUMULATIONand quot; I have taken this as the 1.5 accumulation does not applied for a pre-paid client. This statement for Dixson Landscaping has broken the contract.. I was a pre-pay client - then I was told when I called in once that the accumulation was not enough for his company to honor his contract with me Dixson landscaping CONTRACTS READS: and quot;dates 11/15/2013 through 4/15/2014 - Clients will be assigned a group ID number via Hot Line number (below) when service will occurand quot; - No service was performed by Dixson. Basic service will occure after a minimum accumulation of 1.5 inches or more and include following: Clear driveway and city sidewalk (Nothing was done at my home) Clear porch and main entrace including SALT -(NO SALT, Mr. Dixson told me that there was a storage of SALT). Then I proceeded to clear my own sidewalk and driveway by hand by a snowshovel, with the assistance of my next door neighbors all seasons, with their snowblowers, I thank them for helping me with all the snowremoval for the 2013 season. The lesson that I learn NEVER TO PREPAID FOR SNOWREMOVAL.

A. Member, I would like to again respond and clarify what we talked about on the phone. I did not simply state "NO" to your refund request. What i did say was i did not understand how you could think it was fair to request a full refund after a season of service when i had not received any phone calls from you about any complaints all year. In fact i show you only used the hotline system we have setup on 2 of the 22 snowfalls looking for a time frame of when service would happen. You also state that we never removed your snow however you have placed a previous review on Angie list about how happy you were with services. As i stated to you on the phone, I was unaware of any issues all season long, i never received any phone calls from you about any complaints. If i would have received a phone call, letter, or email about any issues i could have either explain any misunderstandings going on to make things clear, or fix the problem. There were a total of 22 snowfalls this season. That would have been over $400 of snow removal, for you to call for the FIRST TIME at the end of the year when snow is done is well beyond any type of refund period. In regards to the accumulation sentence in the contract. That sentence is placed with the section of up-charges, it is to clarify that regardless of accumulation a pre pay client will not incur additional fees and up-charges like many of our competitors would do. This means that if there is 6" of snow you will not be billed 1.5 times the rate of snow removal. I explained this to you on the occasion you called when it was less than 1.5" and i explained it again to you when we spoke on the phone last week when you requested your full refund. Again i do apologize you are unhappy with services, but if i do not know of a problem, i cannot fix it. I have many systems in place to increase communication and i show you did not take advantage of them. I also show you made the previous review rating of very high quality and fully satisfied, I could only assume all year we have been doing our job and doing it well. I ordered the service from David for my elderly parents who have a big yard with lots of trees. He was prompt and courteous and removed all the leaves from their yard to the street. He will also do snow removal for the season for a one time fee of $120.
Description of Work: Leaf raking and removal two times Oct and Nov before first snow.

There was a small snow on Monday - I went to work and then came home to a wonderful snow removal from my home. I was so impressed by the neatness of removing the snow. I would like to tell other people about his service. If he does a wonderful job in snow removal, I can not wait until spring to see what he can do with the landscraping of my new home. Thank you
