Horrible. All the same leaks still exist they Put over 50 gallons of the tar product on my roof (700 sq feet ) in April and was still wet as of June fifteenth I can't even get an expector to service my central air unit on the roof. I. Addition they left tar all over the side walks and walk up area of my business. Threw all the containers of empty tar in my dumpsters .after going back and forth by text with them and mentioning they would try and help me out. Also wanted to charge me for a follow up repair. I submitted a court claim against this company They deny accountability. Don't recommend at all !
Description of Work: Hired this company to repair my roof 700 square ft flat. After his inspection said it would be a easy fix, explained the process and material that would be used.

Beware: $6,400 paid and we were taken advantage of. Decorative Masonry was hired and started the first week in May. It's now July 6th and the job is incomplete. They did not use polysand on all areas, only about 20% of the job got the correct materials applied. They did not seal all areas, again only sealed about 20% of the area correctly. They did not complete the relaying of the steps, there are still loose paver stones that are a danger on the steps. There are wall stones that they just set in place that were never laid or secured correctly. Their equipment was failing, they borrowed my power washer wand and borrowed my pump sprayer. They ran out of sealer and then used bad sealer per the company owner. The owner told me that they would take care of everything to fix. The workers took three payments from us along the way. My wife and I both work, so we trusted that they were professionals and that the owner was a businessman. We had several conversations with the owner during the project: use of incorrect materials, poor workmanship and generally not doing what he said they would do. Each conversation went something like" my guys said they took care of it already" I'm going to get them back there tomorrow" " don't worry, we will make it right" he even said to us that his guys were not doing a good job, " I don't like how they did that" etc. wow right? They came back twice since final payment, to fix the unfinished steps, polysand and seal. Each time they returned their guys didn't have masonry adhesive, polysand or sealer or equipment. So here we are after they convinced me they had one more day of work long ago and gave them a final check, only to find that they are never going to do the job as described to us. I can't say enough how stupid we were trusting them and their word. My wife has taken over calling them every couple days. The last time she got them on the phone she was met with, I'm on vacation and the same old, "my guys told me they were finished". "I'll get them over there soon.... The rain yadda yadda. We were hoping to get this thing taken care of in a professional civil manner but it looks like that won't happen. We are going to have to have another Masonry contractor finish the job I fear. Other that that I guess is for God to decide. If the owner reads this and finds it a surprise, come on over and make your word mean something.
Description of Work: Decorative Masonry was hired to re-lay 2 sets of paver steps, repair some paver walls, poly sand and seal paver driveways and walk ways.

Horrible! We contracted with them on August 16th and work was to start the following week. The work was started after numerous phone calls and emails on September 23rd and completed on September 26th. The company has a decent demo crew but big time problems with communication both with each other and the customer. The actual man that did the cement pour was a total jackwagon! He did nothing but complain and chain-smoked one cigaret right after the other and when he came back 3 days later to do the expansion cuts he didn't use the wet saw as used by most competent masonry finishers. Instead he used a chop style saw and filled the garage and my home with cement dust. We didn't cover up anything in the garage because the contractor told us there wouldn't be any dust. I now have the monumental task of getting rid of all this dirt and dust! The Contractor handed me $35 and told me that should cover the cost of clean up! There is so many things wrong with this company that I could go on for hours but I've already wasted enough of my time on them.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced a garage floor
