They came late evening and said they have to replace motor and they did not have part - Quoted significant amount for the motor. I got the same service done with a different service provider (from Angies List) for $200 less.

It was so easy! From the phone call with Jill to make the appointment to Mike’s knowledge and ability to fix the problem this company was the perfect pick for us. It ended up that we had a spider living in the burner so we weren’t getting the right amount of heat. He was in and out but not before he made sure everything was working well. I wil recommend this company to everyone.

Crain showed up within the prescribed service window. They sent an email in advance so I knew who was going to show up. After the service person reviewed the problem he consulted with me to explain I needed to replace a new circuit board that stopped working. I found out later that there was some kind of scorching on the circuit board, indicating something had burned out. The board was replaced and is now working perfectly. This repair was for a rental home so I asked if we could handle the service visit this without my being there. Crain was more than happy to call me on the phone to let me know what was going on. They allowed me to pay by credit card over the phone once they completed the repair and my tenant told me everything was working. This hasn't been my experience with other HVAC companies in the past. The service representative was pleasant as was the woman in the office that scheduled the appointment. It was a very good experience. FYI, I really don't know how to rate the price. I paid $445 for the repair, which included labor and the new circuit board. I simply picked a B, but it may be an A.

Fantastic. Very satisfied from beginning to end. Cody came out and gave us all of our options. He was very thorough and professional. The online financing and was easy to complete. Brian and Roben came out a week later to install. They spent the next 11 hours dismantling and installing. They worked diligently and left the area clean. Very pleased.

It tool 10-15 min for the maintenance engineer to look into the issue. He has very good knowledge. He resolved issue with no time. He came right on the time. Very professional and punctual.

I had a capacitor replaced on the AC unit a year ago from another company. The capacitor was bad again. The repair guy at Crain said that they had used a low quality capacitor unfortunately. He said that this should match much longer. They were also able to come out the same day!

Very good, just a couple of minor glitches but they were resolved quickly.

The person came on time, finished on time. The price could have been cheaper, it could have been better.

Very well. Crain even came out and fixed out old AC because it was broke and going to be hot the week we had between the repair and the new installment.

They did a great job, professional, friendly, cleaned up when finished and explained both units to us and happily answered any of our questions. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I explained what was going on with unit, he tested it and knew right away there was a leak in refrigerant line, didn't charge me for the service call.

Work was completed as promised and installed product looks great. Garrett and Ed did great work, answered all questions as work was being completed. They took extra effort to make sure everything looked neat and would pass city inspection. Work area was cleaned up when they finished and all old product was taken away.

It was a fair price. I would use them again. One or two people came out. They were great. They did clean up after themselves.
