Countryside windows was recommended to me by a neighbor. Excellent family owned company. William/Bill, the owner came in to give me a quote for replacing windows and a sliding door on the west side of my house. He explained all the work that would be done and provided a detailed quote. He answered all my questions and accommodated my special requests. He was very thorough and professional. Countryside also carried Sunrise windows, one of my preferred window products. Once we had agreed on the price, he came in again to ensure that all the measurements were right and then ordered the windows and door. As the windows and door arrived, they made an appointment for installaton. They showed up as promised, did a professional job with removing the old door and windows and with installing the new ones. Once the work was completed they cleaned up and hauled away the old windows and door. Overall this was a very pleasant experience. Somebody that still takes pride in their work, which is very hard to find lately. Countryside is on top of my list for any future windows and siding work and I can recommend them with confidence to anybody else who is on the market for new windows and doors.

They brought sample siding and windows for us to choose from. A contract was promptly drawn up, at about half the cost of similar work from a competing company. Installation began as soon as the materials arrived from siding and window companies (about 3 weeks after signing). Installation went smoothly and with great care for precision fit. Expect quality over speed for all aspects. Complete work lasted about 1 month. If we found anything that needed fixing, which was rare, they would promptly fix it. Throughout the project they took care to clean up after themselves, and at the conclusion, everything was back in its place. At one point, they needed to trim an overgrown bush to work around it, and I said to just take it out if they wanted, which they promptly did. As the work progressed, we found additional items to replace (sun room doors, fence) and they gave a quick bid and did the installation. They were very flexible with us when it came to changes or additions, and their prices and quality could not be beat. We have called them back since the original install to do some additional work (interior doors and storm door) and have always been extremely pleased. We will continue to call on them for any work we need.
