The experience was good. Everything went well. They were comparable with everyone else. They came the same day, can’t get any better than that.

Owner and workers were conscientious, professional and did excellent job from start to finish. It was a big job: moving the large furniture, carpet stretching and cleaning 2 large rooms, removing and installing new carpet in 3 more rooms. All work was done in one day.

The Carpet Clinic came out cleaned and repaired my carpets. Very reasonably priced, very friendly and very knowledgable. They even do carpet repairs which very hard to find. Very pleased with the service.

I selected Carpet Clinic because they provided carpet stretching. Originally, I was only going to have one room stretched. However, Bob agreed to stretch the carpet in the larger master bedroom for basically the same price as the other room. Both rooms now have smooth carpet. Additionally, they cleaned about 1600 sqare feet of carpet. The job was done well and fast. I would highly recommend this company.

The service were great from start to finish. On the first day, they removed the damaged padding from under the carpet where the flooding happened. They gave this two days to dry out before completing that job. I inadvertently created a problem by propping up the carpet which made a series of stretched out ridges in the carpet while it was drying out. When they came back two days later, they had no problem fixing this, and after laying new pad down, they replaced the carpet and it looks better than ever. They also cleaned the entire basement carpeting after fixing the carpet. They also re-stretched carpet in my master bedroom that had bunched up over time in a few places. They even fixed other areas where the carpet was also bunching up, but was not obviously a problem like the areas I had initially called about. Now it looks almost as good as it did eight years ago when we had it installed. Great guys who I will most certainly use again if I ever have problems with my carpets.

Excellent experience with Carpet Clinic. I used this company to clean my condo before I moved in. Previous homeowners had a cat which meant pet odor and some carpet wear. Bob, the owner of Carpet Clinic, was professional, courteous, always answered my calls, gave an accurate cost estimate, showed up on time, and in one hour transformed all the carpet to brand new. Not a single stain could be seen, not a single hint of odor. Would definitely use this company again!
