They did a fabulous job remodeling our bathroom, changing from a bathtub to a walk-in shower. The tilework is beautiful, and the new vanity is elegant. They gave great attention to detail. We're very satisfied with the work.

Everyone at Bella Craft was respectful, responsible, reliable and reasonable. They always called ahead and laid down tarps, took off their shoes and cleaned up afterwards. They did a beautiful job. I've recommended them to family and friends.

Jim came out to look at our basement and within a week came back with ideas of how to dive the space among work areas family room storage areas and a bathroom. We loved his ideas and within a week he had a proposal for the work to be done, the time it would take, and the cost of the project. I would definitely hire BellaCraft again for all remodeling services. The owner, Jim, was great to work with. He was hands-on with the renovation. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the quality of his workmanship. The renovation involved tearing out the kitchen to the studs. The project was smooth and all the work was completed in a timely fashion. I love my new kitchen. His prices are very fair. If you're looking to hire someone to remodel anything, hire BellaCraft.

I called him (the owner) to get an estimate on a bathroom remodel and he was responsive at first. After coming to look at the space and take measurements he said he would email my mother the estimate, but gave no time period to expect it. He left without giving any indication there would be any problems. After a week of waiting with no email or any other communication I texted him asking if we may have missed the email. He says he doesn’t want to do the project because the recessed shelving in the shower isn’t up to code. During the estimate appointment he never mentioned anything about this feature being a potential code problem and actually showed me several photos on his phone of projects he did with the same exact feature. I asked if he could do the project without the recessed shelving feature and give me an estimate. He said “in that case yes, I will email the estimate over the weekend thx”. This was on June 30, 2020. Once again we received nothing, no email/text/phone call. If he didn’t want to do the project he should have said so before he left my house. Instead, he chose to waste over two weeks of my time waiting to hear back from him and led me on to believe he was actually going to provide the estimate I originally contacted him for, super unprofessional.

It went very well! I was very pleased with the results! I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again!

Could not have been happier with the results. Bathroom is beautiful and painting and floors are great. Clean up was done at the end of each workday. Workers were friendly and respectful of your home. Would hire Jim again, in fact he is going to be putting in our carpet next.

Jim from Bellacraft is very focused and patient, and explained every step of the project. What sets Jim aside from his competitors, is that he has his customers very involved with the selection of materials. I met Jim at the tile store, and spent over an hour selecting the material and design for the bathroom. Lastly, the work Jim did was of the highest quality....and would highly recommend Bellacraft Const!
