They came the first time and cleared the drain. About 30 days later it clogged again. They came back out on New Year's Eve and re-cleared the drain. We were a few days outside the 30 day warranty. I really appreciated the responsiveness. Thanks.

They did a few prechecks and started work . The work was fast and had results in about in about 25 minutes. The whole company was truly professional from the phone appointment to the the two gentlemen who preform the work. Also gave a warranty on the work preformed . Would use the company again. It went very well. Atomic came out and cleared everything in a short time. All drains are clear and flowing very well. The plumber that came out was very personable and professional. He handled the job with confidence expertness.

I contacted Atomic around noon and they had a crew out at my house within a couple of hours. Our main sewer line needs to be snaked out once a year or so. For the last few years, we've also been having a problem with our bathtub and kitchen sink gurgling when the toilet gets flushed. A couple of years ago, I had a couple of plumbers come and when asked about it they told me the vent stack was plugged. They both quoted me astronomical prices to go up on my roof to snake it out. I really figured they just didn't want to do it. So, we lived with the noise. Today, I explained the issue over the phone and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone quoted me a much more palatable price. Atomic sent two young men over. I couldn't be there, but my wife said that they were extremely courteous and helpful, and went over and above our expectations. The main sewer line was cleaned out and the vent stack was as well. They quickly completed the job and all was working great.

The plumber checked out the water blockage and determined which clean out to use to access the blockage and then he then used a power snake and cleared the blockage very quickly. They did a good job analyzing the problem and the whole process only took 20 minutes. good job .

This company was wonderful! We had a plumber from another company come out to take a look at a plumbing issue we were having. He surmised our problem was a clogged roof vent but then quoted us $450 to do the work. He also suggested we get quotes from other companies, which heavily implied he just didn't want to get on the roof. After calling several other plumbers who said that because our house was two stories that they wouldn't do the work (one woman actually laughed and hung up on my husband) we called Atomic. They said they could be out the next day and that it would cost $175. To say I was excited was an understatement. It ended up taking them 2 days to do the work because they not only cleared our roof vent but also snaked out all the pipes leading into and out of the house. The men were polite and professional and in the end only charged us $150. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

Very professional. They snaked the drain line as far as they could but it was blocked by tree roots that had invaded the drain line so they had to stop for fear of damaging the pipe itself. Gave us suggestions as to how to solve the problem.

The price was very reasonable and it works very well. When I have called them they have come out in a couple of hours or the next day. When I have an appoint they are prompt, really great, and polite.
