I called and they came out the next day, inspected my door and told me exactly what I needed to do, the equipment I needed to purchase and how much it would cost for them to install it for me. They didn't even charge me for them to come out and they responded to me within two hours of me contacting them.

 + -1 moreI came home on a Sunday night to find that my garage door spring had broken. I called Kevin on Monday morning to inquire about getting it replaced. He was easy to get ahold of, quoted me a price on the phone and had the job done before I got home from work. He stopped by later that evening to pick up payment and show me what he had done. Any homeowner knows what a logistical pain it can be when things break. Kevin made this repair totally hassle free and affordable. I would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Had an enjoyable experience working with Ask This Old Door. My garage doors were in need of some repair and both my garage door openers were not in the best of shape. ASK THIS OLD DOOR fixed my doors instead of replacing them and then installed two new remote garage door openers inside and outside my garage. Price was right and quality workmanship. dan v
