Appliance Doctor Service

He took apart the machine and determined the sensor was bad. He diagnosed the problem but unfortunately did not have the part. Returned the next day with the part and fixed the machine. Told us if the electronic panel was bad that he would not advise to fix but to replace the machine due to the cost of the part. Luckily it was only the sensor.

Frig was frozen up he defrosted it and replaced a thermostat.

Mark was on time, very professional and knowledgable. He has much experience in appliance repair and I would trust his judgement. Mark is honest, easy to work with and I would use him again.

Mark was awesome. He arrive right when he said he would. He was friendly to my two dogs, and they can be obnoxious! He was at my house 30 minutes and replaced the pulley in the dryer and then looked at my Frigidaire refrigerator and told me immediately what the problem was. It had been leaking for months. He went to his truck to get a A SPECIAL tool, that he invented, and came back and with in minutes the drain was unclogged. Thank you so much for your professionalism I will have your name ready to go for the next appliance crisis we have.

It was pretty good and it was reasonably priced.

They answered the phone on the first ring and attempted to help me start the cycle over the phone. Since I could not fix it, he offered to come out the next day. He contacted my husband the next day and scheduled a convenient time. He arrived promptly and offered two options to fix it. He was very nice to work with and we would call them again.

He replaced a part to the icemaker.

Called about problem with our refrigerator. They came out the same day we called, were professional, and fixed the issue quickly for only $140. They would be my first call again in the future.

I think they did a great job, they came on time, he fixed the problem and it was awesome. He was very efficient.

The gentleman who answered the call was very courteous and professional and also offered tips on avoiding this and similar repairs in the future. He gave me quite a bit of useful information. I have had other appliance repair companies that charge $90+ for the service call and then seem to pad the labor amount. This was a really refreshing experience. I would hire them again in a minute.

I called to see if ADS could come out to repair a clothes dryer and a dishwasher that failed on the same day (April 1st!). They returned my call immediately and the representative was very courteous and professional. When I described the two appliances, she advised that they could fix one but did not handle the other brand and rather than have me spend double for two companies to show up separately, she recommended another company they trusted that could fix both appliances. That referral was excellent and both appliances were fixed within two days of my call at a reasonable price. So, while ADS did not do the work, they acted very professionally and I would go back to them in the future for other needs.

As I said high quality work, professional, delivered ahead of schedule and brought appliance back to the house and put it in place. We were very happy with the work and the Radar range is still working fine after 3 months.

He gave recommendations for future use. Vacuumed and cleaned the dryer as well. His conversation while here was very pleasant. I will definitely use them again should any issues every arise.

He charged for the service call and for cleaning the coils. Put the panels back in the freezer for us. He said we would know within 2 weeks if the frost became an issue again. He didn't see the need to order any new parts at this point.

The company they referred me to was responsive and honest. I appreciated that The Appliance Doctor referred me to them.

Appliance Doctor was able to schedule an appointment within a day and the repair person was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem -- it was stripped gear - and fixed it very quickly, at a reasonable price.

I have used this company in the past and will always call them if I ever need repair of any of my appliances. They are very nice, extremely professional, arrive when they say they will, and never ever try to sell me something I don't need. They go out of their way to explain everything and I have complete confidence in them.

The service representative was prompt, courteous, highly knowledgeable and very considerate of my financial limitations. He saved me over $500 (the cost of a new dishwasher.

They called the day of the visit to confirm the appointment and then called when they were on their way. They were outstanding from start to finish. They made recommendations to me instead of charging me. They advised of what may need repair in the future. They said if there were any issues with the work, they would come right back out at no charge.

Great, I was at work and a neighbor was there for me during the service call. He called me on the phone and explained step by step what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. He gave me a wonderful price, cleaned up after himself and was in and out quickly!

H&I had called Family Heating, Cooling and Electrical to come out and remove coolant from an old freezer that I needed to get rid of. They were very honest and told me that they had to charge me an $89.00 service call fee for the service. They then asked what kind of refrigerant I had in the freezer. I had no clue. Since Family H&C only deals in one kind of refrigerant, they told me that I would still be on the hook for the service fee even if it was a kind they could not recover. They then suggested that I call The Appliance Doctor and gave me the number. I called The Appliance Doctor and they quoted a price of $40..00 and offered to also haul away the old freezer for me. That was over half the price I would have paid for Family to come out with no guarantee that they could help me. The Appliance Doctor showed up at the exact time set and loaded up the freezer. He was very pleasant and professional. I'll be keeping him in mind for my appliance repairs that may come up in the future! I love honest contractors! Repair man knowledgable and fast.

Mark was very nice and friendly. He was on time which I appreciated. He immediately found the problem with my microwave. He had the part that needed to be replaced. It was from another microwave that had a different problem than mine. He wanted to use this part, so as to save me the money it would cost for him to order a new part. He told me if my turntable quit working again to call him and he would then order the part new and only charge me for that part, not for a new service call. That to me seemed more than fair. I feel so lucky to find a repairman that I can trust and also refer to my family and friends. He will be the person I call if again if I need another appliance repaired in the future, which I am sure will eventually happen.
