Description of Work: We had water leaks in our poured concrete basement which started out light at first, but over the past several years, the amount of water after a heavy rain kept getting worse. Unfortunately, the side of our basement with the leaks was finished, so I had to pull off paneling and remove a paper backing from the walls. I was able to determine these leaks were from old tie rod holes. This is probably the best of a bad situation, easier and cheaper to fix than cracks. I had read multiple reviews on Affordable Dry Basement and all were very positive. The gentleman showed up on time for the scheduled job. He checked out all of the holes that had leaked and proceeded to fill and repair them. He then covered the repaired holes with a concrete patch material. This was great, because after observing him, I am sure I could fix any holes that may leak in the future. The (w)hole job took about an hour. He was very organized and efficient. He was also friendly and pleasant. I cannot say whether the holes are truly watertight as there has not been any heavy rains since the repair.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and were very friendly. They did half of my basement. They dug out on the inside and put down drainage tiles the whole length and cemented over it. They cleaned up pretty well. With this kind of job a lot of dust still remained. Overall I was very satisfied.

I very much appreciate the fact that the owner of the company came out to the house to inspect my foundation and recommended that I do not spend money on my foundation or water proofing at this time! He looked at the 90 year old foundation and gave me an honest accessed and told me it was not needed at this time. I will for sure call this company back when I need work done and can highly recommend them for the integrity and professionalism they exhibited.

Description of Work: The owner Ben was able to fit me in the same day I called for an estimate. He asked a few pertinent questions and looked around the basement and saw the water coming through the cracks in the floor and along the edges. He suggested opening the storm drain, poking through the water. He added we should hear a pop! and the water should start running. Ben did not charge anything for his expert advice. It poured that night and we checked and the basement was dry. I really appreciate his honesty, especially after Everdry had quoted us 15,000 dollars to fix the problem.

Description of Work: Jose and his crew came out on Friday morning, trenched the basement, dug out our faulty Drain Tile, filled in our old sump well, and laid the new drain tile in one day. We had a one-day break so I could get another contractor in for plumbing work, then he and his crew came back, installed the new sump, and cemented the system in.

Description of Work: The waterproofing of the two basement walls was done in two days. The workers came in the morning a bit later than promised, broke out the concrete along the base of the walls, dug a trench to lay the pipe, and prepared it to be covered. The city inspector came the next day to inspect it, then they finished the work. They handled the permit with the city.
