Description of Work: Installed a Trane 95+ high efficiency furnace and 15 seer Heat pump/air conditioner with a wifi thermostat. Closest estimate was $1100.00 more and that was with a 13 seer air conditioner instead of a heat pump.

Description of Work: They installed a furnace and completely overcharged us. Then didn't install the lift so we could put in central air in the future when confronted the owner was a complete jerk and never fixed it.

Had a problem connecting to our older furnace and would not give up or leave, even had another service man get the part and bring it over to him. They did not require any money up front and did not ask for payment until we were satisfied with the job.

 + -1 moreI got two rebates towards the price of the units. It was pretty good even though I had to rework the whole thing. It wasn't a very neat job they did on the front of the house, however, it wasn't their fault. I would use them in the future. They cover the warranty on the furnace.
