 + 0 moreWe noticed the front gutter had foot high plants growing out of it 4 months after they cleaned it, so my retired husband got up on the ladder and the front gutter was full to the top with plants and moss. Called them and sent them pictures. Could not get them to return my multiple calls . Very poor customer service .Nice way to treat a retired couple that lives in the same town as you.We paid for a cleaning and it was not done.

 + 1 morePhotos of how well this company cleaned, broken window latch and why I contacted the owner upset regarding my concerns. Would I use again? Absolutely not. Owner can try and excuse this shoddy work by trying to make me look bad, but no reasonable homeowner would find this acceptable.
Description of Work: Windows clean inside and out, to include window tracks, gutters, home pressure washed.

 + 0 moreI appears they did not do the job they were paid to do. I had my roof replaced on December 5, 2106, and the roofers found several sections of second story gutters with two or more inches of silt, with one section having approximately 60 pounds in it. It is impossible for this to have built up in fewer than four months. These were, obviously, sections that could not be visually inspected after the job. Also, during the day of the job, they had to be reminded to clean windows they missed, and they couldn't remember which screens went with which windows.
Description of Work: The company was paid to clean out all gutters, and clean windows inside and out, as well as screens.

 + 0 moreIt went great. I would refer this company to anyone. They were over the top professional and they did awesome work. I'm a customer for life.
Description of Work: I called The Dirt Hunter to clean my carpets and windows. They were very professional from when they answered the phone to the moment they finished the job. The owner Matthew was on the job and took more steps cleaning than I've ever seen any company do. They were very detailed and when they finished I felt like I got way more than what I paid for. They were in full uniform and I would have no issues trusting them in my home. Even their trucks looked brand new!
