Natural Beauty Wood Floors

Fabulous. We were getting ready to move into our new home and decided we wanted out oak floors refinished before bringing in our furniture. Scott (the owner) was able to fit our job into his schedule. He started and finished as promised, sanded and fixed voids, and gave us back great looking floors at a fair price.

The contractor had to reschedule the estimate 2 different times one of which was a separate trip across town as not living at the recently purchased home. After the 2nd time I expressed my concerns and the contractor blamed me and had no regard for time or a schedule. The 3rd time he finally showed. I called 2 days later to schedule and the contractor didn't answer or return my call. Anybody who drives across town 2 or 3 times to get a serious estimate and gets stood up is not going to be happy. Obviously the contractor doesn't care or have regard for your time, gas effort etc. Artistic Flooring does amazing work and is wonderful to work with!

The job went extremely well and was completed ahead of schedule. We were given a date, which was adhered to. Scott showed up on time and went straight to work on a challenging resurfacing project for us. His pricing is very competitive and his quality of work is great. I would recommend him for anyone looking to resurface a hardwood floor.

We are so pleased with Scott and his team. He did everything he said he would do and on time. Even when one of the steps broken they replaced it and didn’t charge us for the replacement wood. They worked 7 days a week to finish on time. I would say that Scott and his team most important priority is to please the customer. We are going to refinish our main floor soon and plan to use them again. Scott even put down multiple choices on the actual floor to give a better way to make our decision! (Photo added)

My wife and I bought or first home and wanted hard wood floors installed. This included tearing up old carpet, installing hardwood, and matching up existing hardwood in the kitchen as well as foyer. Scott and his crew accomplished this flawlessly. Everything is perfect and done with care. The team was very fast all while ensuring no corners were cut. The owner and his crew were very professional yet relatable, the kind of people you wouldn’t mind having over for dinner. My wife and I are very pleased and plan to call Natural Beauty Wood floors again when it’s time to do the upstairs!

It went pretty well, it was done on time, very professional. They also followed up to check if everything is doing right. Very cost effective.
