Great design and service!

Not even close to what was presented to us! No meetings or follow up or written documentation from the company regarding project timing or schedules. No written start dates or project end date! They would not provide this information! Their employees flooded our condo the first day! Good thing the remodel was a total redo! Flooded areas: the kitchen, and in the finished basement; the mechanical room, a finished full bath room, and a finished bedroom! total of 700-900 sq ft! Their employees, cut the water lines in the kitchen, and never shut off off the main water valve and completely in the kitchen! This employee mistake...resulted in an immediate delay, of two weeks work. We were not able to complete the restoration the downstairs bedroom and full bath, for several months! Several areas of very poor workmanship, never was properly installed and still not correct. Examples: the brand new pocket door has a 3/8" gap at the top to the door frame, when closed! The brand new custom kitchen cabinet for the microwave was too small, had to be filed and the screws taken out of the microwave metal shell to fit into the cabinet! We had to fight with the owner, to change the location of a big seam in the crown molding trim, that was put right above the kitchen sink, where a ceiling light shines directly on it! The owner, consistently conveyed a high lack of consideration and disregard for us, the customer, and was rarely on site, as promised; 3 times in 17 weeks of project time. Additionally the owner, Did Not Attend her own reviews or meetings...as Promised. Even though we made numerous requests, We never got a written project start / completion date, or a project timeline, or a progress report. We never got the proper support, as promised and expected for such a high cost, high end job!! We were forced to get our own contractor to install the kitchen back-splash, to repair and re-finish the floors! In spite of Linden Kitchen & Bath...our custom kitchen did turn out OK in the end. Would not recommend them, as there are better kitchen companies available in this area!
