Scott and John were very nice and efficient. They were able to tell me some extra things I didn't know about window panes and things to do to save money on insulating the one window they didn't have to replace. They also replaced the balusters which has been so wonderful. Now I can open my windows with one hand without having to use a piece of wood to hold the window up! I'd definitely recommend!
