+ -1 moreterrible real life horror !!! story ..one good thing plumbing passed code.. they probably bribed the city inspector.. he did 2 minute INSPECTION..BUYER BEWARE GO TO CONRACT LAWYER.. BEFORE FACT.. NOT AFTER
Description of Work: older home built in 1960 was in need of plumbing upgrades this company is on corner near my house/ gave them benefit of doubt that was blunder they sent out one of their crew to give estimate which was just few notations on their contract.... they said master plumber would do job it was a newer journeyman .. eventually sent out master plumber whom under cut the owner by working other jobs and was no show..many times court it wasn't worth chasing down over last 500 dollars of project it took month for 2 day job max.. these guys were schmucks STAY AWAY at all costs...

+ -1 moreMy bathtub would not drain at all and has been a problem the 23 years that I have lived here. Don from Tru-Flo looked at the location of the drain (inside the concrete slab my house was built on) and told me the trap was of an obsolete type and needed to be replaced. Because of the difficulty of getting to the back of the tub through the wall of my small laundry room I was expecting an estimate in the thousands of dollars. When he told me $900, including the service call on a Sunday, I gave him an eager go-ahead. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day and had the drain replaced in a couple of hours. On the invoice he allowed up to $1100 for possible "unexpected" problems but came in at the lowest quoted price. Workmanship was excellent. I would recommend Tru-Flo to anyone with a plumbing problem.
